Negative experience: Horrible experience. I'm specifically talking about an employee of this agency. It was an apartment that I was interested in renting which had hidden defects like the air conditioning not working. This apartment in question was owned by a bank that was supposed to take care of fixing the issue. The agency employee's goal was to sign the contract and collect the commission, and then once I was living in the apartment, to claim the repair of the issue. Thanks to being able to contact an employee of the bank who advised me not to sign the contract until the apartment was in perfect condition. When that agency employee found out I had contacted the property owner, he called me saying he wouldn't rent me the apartment for not obeying his orders not to contact the owner, and he directly hung up the call without saying goodbye. Clearly, his interest was to sign the contract and then have me deal with the defects of the apartment. (Clarification) I'm specifically talking about an employee of that real estate agency.
