With his haughty smile, the king of arrogance, he sells you illusions and hides his gain. He accepts the offer, makes you believe it's yours, but behind his mask, his loyalty is whimsical and fluid. If a better offer appears on the road, he will leave you stranded, such is his fate. He invites you to long talks, stories without sense, while he buys time with his twisted plan. Today he says white, tomorrow it will be black, in his changing world, everything is a game. Risk is his second name, opportunism the first, always keeping an ace up his sleeve, his sure trick. He never loses, knows no defeat, and if you lose, he'll say, 'that's how it is.' With Manolín, the deal is uncertain, he opens the door, but the path is barren. If you seek trust, you won't find it here, for in his dealings, everything is fleeting. Be careful, friend, don't be deceived, beyond his friendly facade, there's much to dodge. Manolín promises, but never delivers, and his word, into the wind, soon dissolves. Beware, beware of Manolín.

Negative experience: We felt scammed, wasted time and money.. we made a reservation deposit for a flat that they supposedly accepted the sale offer for, but they refused to make a reservation contract with various explanations and lies. After 3 months, we recovered the deposit, but we lost time, stopped looking for other properties, and thankfully we demanded a reservation contract to formalize the mortgage; otherwise, we would be left with the debt and without a flat. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, ZERO WORD, AND ZERO CREDIBILITY.. they play with people's hopes, money, and time... We believe they had the flat sold to several people and would sell it to whoever paid the most... BEWARE if you come here... Mr. Manolín knows how to play his cards very well.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED from the very first moment they lied to us about repairs that were never made. IRRESPONSIBLE and totally disastrous management, they only want to keep your money and leave the problems for the owner. Bad treatment especially from MANOLO, he is an arrogant, disrespectful, inconsiderate man who has only made us waste time and lied.

Negative experience: This real estate agency is a scam, terrible service, 'Mr. Manolo' is a fraud who wanted to keep my deposit money because supposedly we had broken things in the apartment, which was a lie. We believe everything was set up to scam us. Be careful, he can manipulate you with your money and the service was terrible. We attempted to figure it out many times and he always gave us the runaround. Moreover, he was shameless; when he attended to us, he was laughing at us. A disappointment, the worst experience, it doesn't deserve a single star, not even the air he breathes. Innate, disrespectful, and useless for finding solutions for clients, I feel I am falling short saying all this.

Negative experience: Pésima la atención de esta inmobiliaria,llamamos interesados en un piso que nos enteramos por un vecino que ya estaba vendido y el tío ni siquiera sabía en qué precio se había vendido…sin contar con que siempre queda en llamarte en 20 minutos y nunca llama…no la recomiendo para nada,tienen muy poca formalidad y profesionalidad.
