Negative experience: No recomiendo en absoluto esta inmobiliaria. Supuestamente este tipo de negocio debe estar centrado en velar por los intereses del cliente y facilitar las labores de compraventa. No obstante, la agente inmobiliaria Wendy, lo único que ha hecho bien en todo el proceso es poner la mano para cobrar sus honorarios desproporcionados. En más de una ocasión hemos tenido problemas con los vendedores por su mala gestión y en varias hemos ha cometido errores, casualmente a su favor, en los trámites con el banco. También nos sugirió de forma poco amistosa que eligiéramos el notario que a ella le interesaba y después nos enteramos de que suele firmar siempre con él. Por último, y para ahondar más en su incompetencia, se olvidó de las llaves el día de la firma de las escrituras. En conclusión, no recomiendo a ninguna inmobiliaria, pero desde luego a esta no acudiría ni aunque todos los pisos fuesen de su propiedad.
