Negative experience: My experience renting my apartment with this real estate agency has been very negative. First, they informed me that to comply with the law, they would charge one month's rent as a commission to the owner, up to that point, everything was fine. But to my surprise, they then informed me that they would add an extra €20 to the rent as a commission EVERY MONTH, that is, for the duration of the rental contract. Therefore, they intend to charge one month's real estate commission plus €20 EVERY MONTH that the contract lasts, which by the way, they are charging directly to the tenant, which is ILLEGAL. Edit after their response: At no time did they inform me that the €20 commission was optional, on the contrary, they said they operate this way, and when I told them I wasn’t going to pay the €20 because they themselves couldn’t justify that charge, they said they would check with the manager. Later, they called me saying it was fine without the €20 but 'that I should find the rental contract myself.' Shameful.

Negative experience: I don't give 0 stars because it's not possible. Fateful experience with the saleswoman Raquel. We've been waiting more than a week for her to send our documents to the landlord, and she keeps saying 'I forgot'. I went in person, and at no point did I see any interest in renting to us, never directly telling us and that was the only thing we needed to forget about the apartment we wanted so much. She was not informed about the 'youth rental voucher', which, considering it's her job, wouldn't hurt to look into a bit. She never sent the documents to the owner, and after asking her for the umpteenth time... Boom! What a coincidence that the apartment was already rented 'to a civil servant'. Words are unnecessary for how unprofessional she has been from day one. We feel deceived, disregarded, and disappointed.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with the service provided. They did not offer proper customer service or act with the diligence that one would expect from a Real Estate Agent. I certainly will not return to this real estate agency, nor will I recommend it to people close to me.

Negative experience: Me dicen que tienen disponibilidad para ver los pisos por los que estoy interesado y me comentan que es necesario mandar la documentación para agilizar el proceso. Me citan un día para ir a verlos y al preguntar por la hora me dicen que los pisos que me interesan no están disponibles, con la intención de intentar alquilarme otro. Me parece de IMPRESENTABLES además de ENGAÑOSOS.

Negative experience: En principio los había valorado positivamente, pero más de medio año después de dejar el piso me siguen molestando los de iberdrola por facturas de mantenimiento posteriores a nuestra salida, y esto habiendo puesto en conocimiento de la inmobiliaria la situación. Por 60 euros que los pague el que corresponda y a nosotros que nos dejen en paz, pero no, hay que hacer la vida complicada a la gente.

Fantastic experience: Muy buena experiencia con MS gestión inmobiliaria. Compramos un apartamento en benicasim y en todo momento tuvimos una muy buena atención y prestaciones. En concreto RAQUEL nos atendió y nos acompañó durante todo el proceso de la compra. Importante decir que cumplieron con la reserva del apartamento, que dado el precio y localización estaba muy solicitado. Se ciñeron al estricto orden de reserva.
