Locke Real Estate

Negative experience: I contacted regarding an advertisement for a rental since I work in Castellón and reside in another province. We scheduled an appointment for a specific day, and because of my work, I had some days off. Instead of going back to my hometown because I have small children, I stayed in Castellón to see the apartment we had agreed upon. One hour before the appointment, I was told that it had already been rented (which is totally legitimate). They could have informed me earlier since I was notified on a Monday morning (meaning the decision had likely been made over the weekend), which would have saved me the expense of staying here for two days (Sunday and Monday) instead of returning home. Therefore, I didn't have a very good experience with this real estate agency, to be honest.

Fantastic experience: They managed the rental of my premises very quickly and professionally, there was no way to rent it out and they found me a tenant very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Excelente inmobiliaria. Seriedad y confianza.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism

Fantastic experience:
