Negative experience: Buenas tardes, me atendió Carlos (comercial) es una persona impresentable me trató de lo peor, según él no entendía lo que le preguntaba, los dos hablamos español, desde el inicio estaba con apuros y lo que le preguntaba del piso solo me contestaba que si no he visto la página, adicional a que antes de atenderme me tuvo esperando mientras él hablaba por teléfono. Sería bueno que le den clases de modales y atención a este señor, y si por casualidad no le gusta su trabajo que renuncie, creo yo que si vamos a pagar por algo, es para que nos den un buen servicio.

Negative experience: Experiencia muy negativa. Para alquilar una vivienda habitual en Burgos (contrato mínimo de un año) me exigieron tres pagos: un mes de fianza, el primer mes de alquiler y 750 € adicionales en concepto de “honorarios por acompañar a enseñar el piso”. Ese cobro corresponde a gastos de gestión inmobiliaria, que por ley deben ser asumidos por el propietario, no por el inquilino. A pesar de indicarlo, insistieron en que era obligatorio. Considero que es una práctica abusiva y poco transparente. Recomiendo informarse bien de la normativa antes de tratar con esta agencia.

Negative experience: Es de traca: "PRECIOSO ADOSADO A EXTRENAR EN CORTES". Si no saben de ortografía y encima se atreven a criticar la redacción de los comentarios de los clientes, ¿qué esperar de su gestión inmobiliaria? Pues eso, que sobran las palabras... Las mal escritas. ¡Suerte a los afectados!

Negative experience: Llamé para pedir información sobre un piso y la atención fue pésima. La persona que me atendió fue borde y un incompetente. Si así tratan a los posibles clientes, no quiero imaginar cómo será el trato una vez firmes algo con ellos. Muy poco profesionales. No pienso volver a contactarles

Negative experience: Calling to request information to BUY an apartment and being told that they won't attend to you until after the holidays is curious, but not being able to reach them by phone or for the apartment you are interested in seems unbelievable to me.

Negative experience: Little ETHICS (I don't think they know what it is), on the staff, I guess it's a trademark of the company. I was sold an apartment, with the building filled with squatters, without being told ANYTHING, of course. And to top it off, a debt for electricity associated with the apartment, undetectable by the buyer, which has cost me two months of paperwork to be able to remove it!!! Come on, no one should dare to deal with these people, NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! It borders on SCAM!!

Negative experience: REFUND US THE MONEY!!! 4 years waiting for them to return the investment made for the purchase of an apartment in the boulevard towers that were not built. The values of my family are effort, sacrifice, humility, HONESTY, and above all, RESPECT.

Negative experience: Some SCAMMERS!! I went to rent an apartment and they wanted to charge me the real estate agency fees, which is ILLEGAL now. That has to be paid by the property owner, not the tenant. To reserve the apartment, in addition to the fees (which is a full monthly rent), they wanted to charge me the deposit and the month of February in advance without having signed the contract with the owner first!! And I found out about all this when Laura gave me the paper to sign the reservation. Laura wasted my time showing me the apartment while keeping this information to herself. It's a shame that they do ILLEGAL things in a real estate agency.

Negative experience: Shameless to tell a gentleman, who in this case is my father, that they do not want to return money that he has worked for, showing no compassion for the people who work at Atrio Inmobiliaria Burgos, who have families. Well, gentlemen, let me tell you that my parents also have families, and they only ask for what is theirs without bothering anyone, in the only way they can, which is to make themselves seen with banners at the door of @atrio inmobiliaria burgos. They only ask for what is theirs, and the gentlemen, or at least one from Atrio, comes out in a cocky manner to reproach them for their request and tell them that they have no compassion. Who, gentlemen... is the one who has no compassion? I'll leave it there.

Negative experience: LIARS AND SCAMMERS, I bought an apartment that was supposed to be empty as agreed, and on the day of signing, I asked to see it first and surprise, it was full of worthless stuff. They told me not to worry, that they would call the removal guys and empty it for me, and I signed trusting them. Then they told me that I had to pay 250 euros for it, and it had to be me who paid. They left me with everything, unresponsive on WhatsApp, and blocked my phone. A bunch of scammers. As soon as you hand over the money, goodbye. Only Laura is worth saving, the only one worth it, and she was sidelined when I finally decided to buy. The one who deceived me, I think her name is BELEN.

Negative experience: The administrative management in my case was terrible. I sent a complaint by mail and email to the manager of Atrio in Burgos, but they haven't bothered to respond by letter, email, or postal mail. I will have to claim judicially for charging for services and not performing them. It’s a pity because the salespeople are very nice and attentive.

I was denied the opportunity to see an apartment because my salary was not high enough; of course, they do not know the financial solvency I have. It feels like for their real estate agency, a high salary is a guarantee of secure payment, but I am sorry to say that defaults also occur, even more frequently, among the wealthier.

Negative experience: We were looking at an apartment this afternoon and seeing the great reviews you have, maybe we caught you on a Monday because it was by far the worst visit and a waste of time we've had of all the visits we've made with other agencies. Tip: when a client calls to see the house, let them know there are more people so they don't waste time since some of us do not have all the time in the world to spend, and another thing is when you don't know how the house is, go a few minutes early to be able to explain it well, ideas, etc., not like you did which has been disastrous.

Negative experience: The first time we called, we have to say it was a 10, they called us back quickly, but to see the house it was a 0, they showed it with very little grace and professionalism. Bad, very bad service. Also, I don’t understand why they tell you to see the house if then you go, waste your time, and have to present yourself for the casting of your life to see if they choose you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Negative experience: If you're thinking about hiring real estate services with Atrio due to lack of time or motivation, think again if you really can't spare some time to sell your property yourself, because you will end up wasting your patience and time just the same, but with weekly anger and a few thousand euros less, which will never reach your account. Here, professionalism is neither present nor expected, and the current legislation seems to sound to them like things that 'complicate things'... I will summarize the experience in 'to forget'.

Me intentaron cobrar una mensualidad más IVA a la hora de alquilar y cuando les dije que jamás había escuchado eso y que no quería la casa, contestaron que todo se puede negociar.
