Negative experience: Calidad de los materiales normal tirando a baja. Los acabados malos, parque flotante que no llega hasta el borde de la pared, la lechada de la ducha mal puesta y filtra, algun azulejo roto, armarios empotrados con números en los paneles internos con rotulador permanente, alguna persiana que no cierra completamente, poco aislante ya que se oye el ruido de las tuberías, puertas rayadas o saltado el lacado. Cuando vienen a revisar pintan las puertas con boli blanco, si tienes suerte te cambian una lámina del suelo, vienen a la noche para así no ver si arreglan las persianas pero no ponen ni una lámina más. Servicio post venta horrible, llamas y llamas hasta que te cansas y repara uno las cosas o se conforma por agotamiento. Una pena, porque no son precisamente baratos.

Negative experience: 1 x q no se puede poner menos. Si construye Méndez pozo es una vergüenza, las calidades, las cajas de cerillas que venden como plazas de garaje, las rampas de los garajes con un ángulo en el que rozan todos los coches, ni con la cárcel paga todo lo mal que lo hace.

It's a shame because we didn't expect this from RioVena. The salespeople cover for each other and avoid responsibility; one tells you to call the other, but no one does anything. Many materials have not been treated well, and instead of standing up for the customer, they remain silent.

Negative experience: Do you want to buy a house with leaks when it rains, with metal carpentry that looks terrible and having to change all the windows shortly after buying the apartment, with construction defects that lead to constant fees? Well, this is your place.

Positive experience: Good quality in the homes. They respect delivery deadlines. HIGHLIGHT, the terrible attention of the after-sales service. A year has passed since the keys were handed over and they have still not solved the issues in the house.

Negative experience: They are a disgrace. When they sell you the apartment, everything is very nice. They tell you that they have after-sales service, everything seems perfect. It turns out that when they hand over the apartment, you have to send an email to the after-sales service for the defects in the home, and no matter how many emails you send, no one responds and the solutions do not arrive. The year of delivery of the home is approaching, and there are no solutions. You go to the office to discuss it, and they say they are not after-sales service and that I should communicate by email. When you ask for their phone number, they tell you they don’t have a phone..... In total, they give you neither help nor solutions... I have several defects: 1st The main door to the house doesn’t close properly; all the light from the hallway comes in. The door should close against the seal in the frame it comes with originally, but it doesn’t. 2nd Ceramic floor in the kitchen and at the entrance to the bedroom is hollow. 3rd The shower is broken and leaking. 4th In the sink, the piece that connects to the siphon is cracked and leaking. The siphon that enters the wall drain doesn’t have the correct reduction and is filled with silicone. 5th Lack of grout in the corners of the floor against the walls in the bathrooms and kitchen. 6th There was a leak in my storage room caused by leaking underfloor heating from a downstairs apartment. Thanks to their poor construction work, they haven’t come to paint it, and it’s all yellowed. 7th The finishes inside the cabinets are laughable: burnt cuts and no wood lining. 8th Tiles in the kitchen have a bump of 2 or 3mm and are bent from the new installations, well, from the middle protruding. Finishes from professionals 100%. The construction company Parque Norte is a disgrace. I’ve attached photos for you to see how professional they are.
