Negative experience: Unprofessional Because I can't give a lower rating They gave us another person's contract because ours did not have the attached photos of what the house contained.

Negative experience: They show you the apartment and tell you one thing, and when you go to sign the contract, they tell you that you have to give almost double what you had agreed PLUS VAT, which according to them is 21%. They demand an illegal fee for the real estate agency for one month that they hadn't mentioned at any point before, the deposit for the owner, and the current month. All reviews mention that they do not return the deposit, so renting an apartment with them means handing over €2000-2500 blindly. On top of that, they do not take responsibility for any damages in the apartment, justifying that the home insurance supposedly paid by the owner will ask you for that money and therefore it is 'advisable' to have tenant insurance, which of course you have to pay for yourself. A disgrace.

Negative experience: They are a disgrace. We wanted to see an apartment in Cellophane, and they basically scammed us. We had to be the driver for the real estate guy, and when we got close to that area, they made us go to another part of Burgos to see an old and poorly maintained apartment. We had told them we wanted something new and furnished, and they deceitfully misled us. They deceive with fake ads. Don't let them fool you, and don't bother going to this dive.

Negative experience: UNACCEPTABLE. We went to see an apartment for a stay of 2 months and 15 days, and the one they showed us was not the same, but since it’s not badly located, we overlooked it. The agent told us it would be 450 with 2 months’ deposit. We later contacted them to give them the go-ahead and have them reserve it for us. Later, we received a WhatsApp saying we had to pay 544 euros as a DEPOSIT, and when we asked if this amount would be deducted from the deposit when we signed the contract, they said no; that we had to pay the month, the deposit, and the deposit, and that when we left the apartment, they would only return the deposit but keep the 544 euros of the DEPOSIT, because since it’s for a 3-month rental, it has to be done this way. We told them that the deposit is a regulated concept of prior commitment between the parties, which only applies if one of them does not comply with the reservation, and they didn’t care. We told them that in that way, the monthly rent would rise to over 600 euros (far from the 450 stated on the website or what we discussed with the real estate agent). Obviously, we told them no. It’s a shame we didn’t read all the reviews beforehand and wasted time with these unacceptable people.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and a disgrace, I would never trust this real estate agency. They rush you to sign the contract, then it takes more than 10 days to receive the keys after signing. They claim the apartment is cleaned by someone, but when it’s your turn to clean, you realize that no one has been there at all. If the contract includes a storage room, don't expect to get those keys anytime soon. Lastly, even if you leave the house in better condition than when you entered, they won't return your deposit... and they make excuses saying the owner is responsible for returning it, which is a lie. Four years ago, I rented with them, and they still have my €550. We have photos of the house's condition when we moved in and when we moved out. The house was better than how they delivered it, so much so that when they showed it to another tenant, the same girl said how nice it smells here and how clean it is.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS!! We are still waiting for our deposit. They don't know how to draft contracts. They are a bunch of frauds!! Not only the real estate agency but also the owners of the apartment at Plaza San Bruno 4, 6°C, who we are sure have some agreement with them to keep other people's money. We have photos of when we entered the apartment and when we left. They gave us the house dirty and in need of repairs, that's just shameless!! They pass the buck between each other, they can't face up to their actions. THIEVES, RUDE, AND SCAMMERS!!

Negative experience: En general bastante deficiente la atención. En la web seleccionas un inmueble y siempre te contactan por otro, ya que no actualizan la web o a saber... Muchas prisas por enseñar pisos sin siquiera tener el mínimo de detalle de saber si el piso está limpio, etc.

Negative experience: Vergonzoso quedas con ella y no aparece y ni siquiera da señales de vida tienes que acabar llamándola tú y te coge el teléfono y te dice que se le ha olvidado por completo no sé qué tipo de atencion es está hacia un cliente que no espere volver a verme nunca más!! Qué pena no haber visto los comentarios con anterioridad y así me hubiese ahorrado el disgusto!!

Negative experience: Pensé que, quizá, yo había tenido mala suerte con esta inmobiliaria, pero leyendo las reseñas, veo que es algo común, ajeno a la mala suerte. En efecto, los anuncios de alquiler que tienen publicados, son falsos. Sólo son un simple gancho, para captar clientes. Luego resulta que no tienen ninguno de esos pisos y los que sí tienen son lamentables. En fin, así les irá.

Negative experience: Una vergüenza, porque todos sus pisos publicados son mentira y los que te enseñan da pena verlos

Negative experience: Vergonzoso el servicio que prestan. Nos aplazaron la cita y encima nos cambiaron el punto donde habíamos quedado para irnos a la otra punta de Burgos. De los más de 15 pisos que habíamos visto en los portales web, solo nos enseñaron 2 porque los demás "ya no los tenían". Publicidad falsa para captar clientes. Para rematarlo, los precios son más caros cuando vas a verlos que cuando miras el anuncio en la web. Muy merecida la puntuación que tienen. Lástima no poder evaluar con puntuación negativa.

Negative experience: Nos hicieron venir desde otra ciudad española para ver un piso en el que estabamos interesados, acordando que era ese y sólo ese el que queríamos visitar. Nos pareció extraño que quisieran quedar en la propia inmobiliaria y no en el piso en cuestión. La realidad es que no solo el piso no existía, sino que además pretendían que vieramos otro en una zona bastante cutre. Por supuesto teníamos que conducir nosotros....nos negamos. UNA VERGÜENZA Y UNA ESTAFA

Negative experience: ESTAFA Exponen pisos que luego no tienen, quedas con ellos para ver un piso y enseñan lo que les da la gana. Si haces trato con ellos te cobran 1000€ y ellos cobran 500 solo por hacer un contrato del cual luego se niegan a hacer los anexos necesarios. La dueña Raquel muy maleducada e incompetente, ni siquiera sabe redactar los contratos ni los respectivos anexos.Te tratan fatal y contestan muy mal, de vergüenza. Incompetentes e inútiles...

Positive experience: Fue el único sitio que tras ver pisos por Internet cumplió y nos llamo. Acabamos alquilando con ella aunque si que es verdad que el que queríamos ver mágicamente cambio los requisitos (aceptar mascotas) cuando en Internet lo ponía, y fuimos a ver otro. Si que creo que debería ser más organizado , ya que cuando quedamos con ellos se les había pasado. Nos llevó ella en coche, aunque no me hubiera sorprendido que tuviésemos que usar nuestro vehículo ya que en otras inmobiliarias hacen eso mismo.

Negative experience: Anuncian pisos que no tienen de gancho para ofrecerte otros a precios desorbitados. Mejor buscar por la cuenta de cada uno. Lamentable

Negative experience: TIMADOR@S es la palabra que mejor define a esa empresa. Solo te ofrecen pisos basura a precios carisimos el trato es horrible sobretodo el de la dueña Raquel tiene una prepotencia aparte de que no te dice ni una verdad y para cuando te quieres dar cuenta puede ser tarde asique si POR FAVOR si no queréis que os roben y os engañen NO VAYÁIS A ESTA INMOBILIARIA

Negative experience: Ojalá pudiera dar una puntuación negativa. Penosa la atención, te mienten a la hora de enseñarte los pisos, te piden que les hagas de chófer, por no hablar por los bordes que son cuando reclamas lo que has pedido. Falta muy grande de educación y profesionalidad. Hay inmobiliarias muchísimo mejores en Burgos con un trato mil veces mejor, a parte de las condiciones a la hora de un posible alquiler.

Negative experience: Son gente sin educación ni profesionalidad. Te metes a buscar pisos en apps como en alquiler y no tienen ninguno de los que anuncian, te engañan y luego te enseñan lo que les interesa a ellos. Nos presionaron con engaños, no tienen en cuenta las condiciones que les ponen, te usan de chófer para ver los pisos simplemente para no mover sus coches por si les quitan el sitio de aparcamiento. No ponen ni la mas mínima pizca de interés a la hora de enseñarte un piso y te tratan con despreció como si encima te estuvieran haciendo el favor e si vida. En resumen, malisima experiencia.

Negative experience: Dos experiencias muy negativas. Una de ellas hace dos años cuando fuimos a contratar un alquiler con ella y por ser autónomos con ingresos demostrables no nos quiso alquilar nada. Y la otra hoy que al llamar a un piso visto en diferentes paginas de internet, con precios que rondaban los 400€, comunidad incluida... (fotocasa, enalquiler, idealista...) llamamos y nos dicen que solo son para venta, haciendo un montón de preguntas que no venían al caso ya que solo nos interesaba alquilar... Pues quitad los anuncios de la parte de alquiler!!! Penoso en las dos ocasiones.

Negative experience: Nada profesional. No hacen nada por ayudarte a buscar lo que necesitas, que se supone que deberían ayudarte y aconsejarte, ya que se llevan un buen pellizco, por encima preguntarte desde el minuto uno de llamada tonterías varias. Donde trabajas, que cobras, tienes hijos.... Si bonita. Voy a vivir a una casa para ser una amargada como tú, sin idea de tener animales, hijos o vida propia. Y claro... tampoco tengo dinero por eso busco casa en una inmobiliaria en vez irme de ocupa. Cerrad ya y haréis un favor a la gente en vez de perder nuestro tiempo.
