Negative experience: I advise against hiring this real estate agency for the sale or purchase of a property. We feel that we have been deceived by their lack of transparency and abuse of trust. If the norm is to charge a 3% commission for the transaction, well-paid by the seller or split 50% between the buyer and seller, this agency charges 4.5%, as they require the seller to pay 3% and the buyer 1.5%, without offering any additional service for it and hiding this information from both parties. This way of acting has caused me great harm as the buyer’s commission should have been part of the price of the property, especially when during the negotiation the agency assured us that the buyer would not pay me more. Had we known this, we would have hired another agency. The agency also did not adequately protect my interests by including in the earnest money contract the obligation to pay the closing costs according to law, without explaining to me that this meant paying the notarial fees.
