Negative experience: In my case, it seemed that he struggled to show the house; once we saw it, we liked it. Lots of talk and little seriousness and sincerity. And then too much impatience to collect his part. I decided not to buy even though the owners accepted my offer because I no longer trusted this person's word and did not want to have problems.
