Negative experience: A real shame, more than 25 days behind the responsible person to attend calls and respond to WhatsApp messages. I had to go to their facilities for them to assist me, and they ignored my requests. Negative experience: For 4 days, I have tried to speak to someone on the phone in the mornings and afternoons, without success… It just rings… No answer, no message, no callback. Do they not want to sell anything anymore?
