Fantastic experience: Recientemente he confiado en los servicios de R3 para la venta de un piso, y puedo recomendar esta inmobiliaria y en especial a Marga y Laly Fierro pues el proceso de venta ha sido rápido (menos de 3 meses) y muy eficiente, encargándose de todos los tramites y poniendo las cosas fáciles tanto a la parte compradora como a mi, como vendedor; desde luego en caso de comprar/vender otra vivienda volvería a ponerme en manos de R3, me han parecido muy buenos profesionales..

Negative experience: Desde que no está Javier, la mejor persona que puedas conocer, hace ya muchos años, llevándolo Marga e Iván, se nota. Como tengas nombre, pinta o de verdad seas extranjero, es que ni te devuelven las llamadas. A día de hoy este tipo de ideología.., es inaceptable. Un trato por teléfono repugnante.

LES LLEVAS LA PROPIEDAD, LE ADJUNTAS DOCUMENTACIÓN,FOTOS ETC.. SE LO PONES EN BANDEJA Y EL INTERÉS MOSTRADO ES 0 Y ENCIMA EVASIVAS Y BORDE. DESDE LUEGO QUE CONMIGO NO VAN A GANAR DINERO(FÁCIL). SERÁ POR INMOBILIARIAS. ASÍ NO SE TRATA A LOS CLIENTES. Pongo una estrella ya que no queda otra. Muy, muy, descontento.

Even if you propose a deposit of 3,500 euros for a 600 euro apartment. I even asked if they had another apartment that could be negotiated with the owner, and I was told that they had the website for that. The lady who assisted me was very rude.
