We live in the digital age, and it is very easy to make negative comments that harm the company's reputation. The evaluation should be based on our company and our way of working. It is unfair that the problems you had with the landlord from the very beginning, which are completely unrelated to us, are reflected in such an evaluation. At the time, I explained to you that our professional obligations ended when you signed the lease contract with the owner and moved into the apartment because we have had no contractual relationship with you, nor have we charged you any economic fee of any kind. Still, we exceeded our obligations by mediating between you and the owner without charging anything for it, despite your refusal to hire us. We drafted, free of charge, a modification agreement for the lease contract for the parties by which you could terminate the lease without having to pay the corresponding penalty. We had 9 phone conversations, one in-person meeting at the real estate agency, and more than 60 conversations on WhatsApp, responding to all your requests in less than an average of 10 minutes. You even recommended us to some colleagues, for whom we found a rental home, and they are thrilled living there and with our services. A month after you left the apartment, you informed me that the owner has not returned your entire deposit and demanded that we send you the cleaning bill for the apartment and the proof of the deposit submission to the Xunta de Galicia Registry because you do not want to talk or have anything to do with the owner. We explained to you that, legally, we cannot demand that the owner provide us with that documentation; it is a conflict you had to resolve between the parties, and we advised you not to break communication with the owner. We do not know how things have turned out between you, but you have made an evaluation, not to judge our work, but to take revenge for problems that we are not responsible for.
