Negative experience: Hola, contacté con esta agencia ya que estoy interesada en comprar una propiedad, me dijeron que llamara a Daniel Cosma para hacer una visita que él me la enseñaría, mi hija concertó la cita para el lunes 20, íbamos desde Benidorm a la Senia Tarragona para ir a verla, más de 600 kilómetros ida y vuelta! La casa es una esquinera de fachada blanca y está situada en la calle Zaragoza está en un estado de suciedad y abandono que se cae a trozos, humedades por todo lado, las fotos son totalmente falsas, no se corresponden con las de la web de la inmobiliaria, en ellas se ven un salón grande,luminoso,hablan de dos habitaciones, cuartos de baño, una terraza y es todo mentira, hay un almacén el cual no pudimos acceder pues daba miedo bajar las escaleras y hasta el mismo chico nos dijo que si nos atrevíamos a bajar quién sabe lo que encontraríamos . Es una vergüenza que engañen de esta manera a la gente, deberían ser más honestos y tener un poco más de ética, la inmobiliaria tendría que visitar la casa antes de publicarla en su web y asegurarse que no pasen estas cosas, nos sentimos totalmente engañadas,hicimos más de 600 kilómetros y nos encontramos con una casa en ruinas, llena de suciedad y que no se parecía en nada a lo que habíamos visto en las fotos del anuncio; cuando pedimos subir a la terraza, hasta el chico se avergonzó pues al abrir la puerta era un palomar lleno de excremento y totalmente inaccesible.Esto no se puede permitir, hasta donde vamos a llegar!!

Espectacular !!!!! La venta era complicada y más en las condiciones que estaba la casa.
