Fantastic experience: My experience with Nova Urbe has been absolutely fabulous. I managed to sell an apartment in Paseo del Taulat, 279 Barcelona, from Madrid where I currently live, without having to travel. Javier took care of all the management I needed from a distance, both in the phase prior to putting the apartment on the market (changing locks, general cleaning, energy efficiency certificate, etc.), during the sale... showing the apartment to buyers, closing agreements, etc., and in the final phase of signing the sales deeds and paying taxes. The sale of the apartment has not been easy, given that 50% of it was seized by the Treasury, and this has involved a lot of administrative procedures and above all patience from all parties, but even so, Javier and his team managed to close the operation last December. Without them, I am sure I would not have succeeded. Thank you and a thousand thanks to Nova Urbe and especially to Javier for his patience, professionalism, and excellent advice. Negative experience: Decepcionada !! Varios intentos de alquilar un piso que nos gusto, nos dijeron pasar a dejar la reserva, llame otra vez, me han dicho que ya no esta disponible, llame mas, me dijeron q venga a verlo, dije que ya lo vi, que me gusta y lo quiero quedar , respuesta - ya te llamaremos.. tenemos que hablar con el director..ect.. Ni una respuesta clara! Conseguí hablar con una comercial de ahí, me dijo que otra vez estaba reservado, el anuncio sigue en la pagina , y siguen con las visitas.. Y todo eso con la inmobiliaria con la cual tenemos seguros de los pisos que tenemos!!! Poco profesional!
