Negative experience: Worse real estate agency ever! If you ever need to work with them, RUN. Not responsive, they just ignore no matter you message, call, or even go to their office.

Negative experience: We approached this agency due to its high reputation for selling our home. The visit was correct. When we met at their offices, they provided us with a two-page document with property price comparisons that had nothing to do with ours (and we are not talking about an Eco appraisal); they told us that the high sale range was a certain amount. This amount was 200k euros less than what we obtained selling it on our own (we are talking between 370 and 600k). I waited to finalize the paperwork to avoid suspicion. This is not acceptable for a ‘top’ real estate agency, or at least with the aura it generates and the commissions it receives. Selling an apartment is not just putting an ad on a portal at a low price to secure a commission. It’s about knowing the market, both macro and micro. And this, dear E&V, you have not demonstrated, at least in our case. The only thing that crosses my mind is how in that moment of excitement that people have when buying/selling a home, you can take advantage of it. One star with a negative in front (I can't give less). Best regards.

Negative experience: They do not apply the municipal ordinance on flyer distribution by leaving flyers where it is specified that commercial mail is not accepted.

Negative experience: They try to charge a 10%, plus VAT, of the rents for a year as a commission to the tenant, which in our case amounted to about €2,500!! I don't know how a prestigious agency, in theory, dares to scam the public this way. Real estate agents, Tatiana, review the conditions you request and the new law, you are exposed to a fine of €100,000.
