Fantastic experience: The interaction with Valeria was very good. She was serious and quick, although there was a last-minute cancellation of the visit by the owner. Valeria contacted me again, and everything was very fast; we had an apartment in a week. If you are coming from abroad, the rules here are different. I recommend negotiating beforehand the condition in which the apartment is delivered. Also the move-in date, as we couldn't enter on the 15th, and we had to rent for the whole month. Try to negotiate to have a bit more peace and avoid anxieties and fear of squatters. I recommend asking if the condition includes being painted and clean. In my case, it was not included in the conditions. Luckily, the owner collaborated with Valeria on his own to find a cleaner. I am very happy they were able to help; it was fast, and the owner shared my concern. As for the walls, we have to solve that ourselves. Also, the previous tenants need to come collect their things. The apartment was not delivered empty, despite having paid full deposits and rent. This was a bit uncomfortable since we were required to rent for the entire month. Through this agency, we have secured a housing in the area we want, and it is modern. Caleria helped us and is very active and dedicated to creating the contract. I recommend the service; very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with La Meva Llar. Valeria, the girl who managed my apartment, is very professional, solution-oriented, efficient, and pleasant. This is the second time I have rented my apartment thanks to her management, and the communication has always been very clear. Even this second time when I had decided to rent to friends of friends and I was a bit confusing, she was patient and has always shown to be empathetic. You can trust her with the keys so she can organize the visits. The apartment was left really dirty by the previous tenants, and with Valeria's help, we found a lady who assisted me with that and it was really helpful. Without a doubt, when I need the services of an agency again, I will return to them, especially because of the treatment I received from Valeria.

Negative experience: They treated us terribly, lacking professionalism and only interested in collecting as soon as possible without properly advising us. Regrettable. Despite them, we ended up buying the apartment.

Negative experience: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL If you've seen an apartment you liked with these people... I'm sorry to say you're sold. They charge you 3% for the purchase, imposing what the sellers want on you. But it's like lentils... and they know it. Especially the commercial substitute Joaquín, an 'expert salesman' who only knows how to use 3 catchphrases: 'I'm sorry to say this...', 'I really apologize but I have done everything I could' and 'the sellers don't want blah blah blah'. There were 4 other people willing to buy the apartment and still the usurer pressured me to sign right now and 'not lose the sale'. This is the scum that generates problems in the real estate sector...

Negative experience: Beware of this real estate agency.. they advertise and try to sell as homes (when they are commercial premises) without a habitation certificate.. a bunch of unprofessional people who say a lot about their professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I bought my apartment and I couldn't be happier with the transaction that took place with La Meva Llar, from the beginning of my search to the signing of the purchase sale. Since I am not from Spain, the administration seemed super complicated to me, but David, who took care of the apartment, explained the whole process to me with great patience. He has always been available for me to make other visits to the apartment even when he no longer had the keys to facilitate everything for me. The team at La Meva Llar is very honest and they work mainly to make the clients happy. Thank you very much for everything, David!

Negative experience: Nada profesionales, puse mi piso en alquiler, y colocaron una amiga suya, de un tal David de la agencia (No presentaron ningún otro candidato). Gran interés de la agencia que la conocía, y que si una cosa tenía era buena pagadora, total... Cuatro meses para cambiar el titular de suministros (es morosa), y a los 6 meses, deja de pagar la totalidad del alquiler. No os fiéis.

Fantastic experience: Yo compré hace poco mi piso en la zona y la verdad que super bien con ellos. Sobre todo mi API Joanquin el día de la firma le dí la enhorabuena. Porque es super legal, trasparente, y no te da la sensación que te esta vendiendo la moto, fue muy atento y gestiono la compra venta super bien. Os lo recomiendo que en este sector es complicado encontrar profesionales “legales”

Negative experience: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. if you are looking for good customers skills, comunication and reliability look somewhere else. We tried to book a 3 bed apparment from this agency, very shady... no one at the office new any information about it. after several calls and emails we finally got in contact with "Coralie" who confirmed us that the place was available. she also asked to provide our age. after we provide our age (we are all in our mid thirty), she actually for some reason changed her mind and told us to rent from sowhere else. if i was the owner of the appatment i surely wouldnt be happy knowing that my appartment is empty because the real estate agent turns down clients for no reason. if this is the way you look after clients Coraline, i understand why you dont want to provide your Phone number ---------- UPDATE TO RESPONSE ----------- That is simply not true coralie, if so, you would not accept us as guests from the very beginning. the commission was not an issue. in fact, there is no portal to rent the appartment directly from the agency at all. there was quite a few reason for us to be upset Coralie and it is unfurtunate that you still fail to see this. it is also not very professional to simply give the falt to the clients when an issue/feedback as brought to your attention. or to question their honesty as an excuse. hopefully this review will help you to implement your customer skills. I am sorry to hear about your problems with scams in barcellona, unfortunatly this is no excuse for lack of professionality ;)
