Fantastic experience: We recently sold an apartment with this agency. Alejandro advised us from the beginning, did the appraisal, kept us informed periodically about the visits the property received, and also helped us with the emptying of it. After the sale of the apartment, he is still at our disposal in case we have any problems. It's a pleasure to work with professionals like this. Fazit: gut angelegenes Geld. After 15 years in Germany, I am planning my come-back to Spain and I chose the district Poble-Sec for my new home. I am very thankful for all the help that Estudi Montjuic-Mar offered to me, in many ways. There is always a million things to pay attention when buying a property no matter where, and every city and every neighbourhood has its own dynamics, inconveniencies or highlights. The patience, sympathy and professionality of the men and women working in this Real-State Agency are outstanding and I am very thankful to have had them as support, taking care of a long list of “to-do” things. Especially when you don´t “belong” yet to the city (yet :), all this help is welcome and the money invested in their rates is worth.

Fantastic experience: Idania from Tecnocasa did an excellent job during our purchase of a small flat in Barcelona. She showed us the flat a couple of times, gave us background information and was always available and responsive during the whole process. Highly recommendable!

Profesionales y amable, solo puedo recomendar

Fantastic experience: Totalmente recomendables.
