I told Camilo that I would sign whatever directly at the apartment, but you insisted on going to the office first and then to the apartment. They preferred to be left without a client rather than adapt to the situation. It's a shame.

Negative experience: We were going to see an apartment with Ms. Miriam and they didn’t even let us see it, they didn’t notify us, we were coming from afar, she should have warned an hour in advance, so we wouldn’t have to travel since we left our work to see it. They also didn’t offer us another one since we moved. I wouldn’t recommend this real estate agency, honestly, nor is it professional. I think it shows a lack of professionalism. In the past, if they didn’t have an apartment, they would notify you beforehand and offer another one. There was interest and respect for the buyer or tenant because I worked at Don Piso a long time ago and can attest to that.

Fantastic experience: I recently sold an apartment with this agency. Alejandro assisted us from the very beginning, advised us, and was attentive to any incidents that might arise. We received periodic reports on the visits to the property, and when we finally had a serious buyer, he offered to help us with some administrative tasks that are always more complicated. He facilitated the emptying of the apartment, as well as anything related to the canceling or changing of names for water, electricity, etc. A very comprehensive service, and especially Alejandro was very kind and helpful. Negative experience: Me citan para un alquiler de un espacio comercial en la zona. Al presentarme puntual a la oficina, me comentan que el comercial está de vacaciones. Su compañero no puede enseñarme el local, ya que tiene otras citas y no hay más gente en el despacho. Obviamente no llamaron anteriormente para cancelar la visita. Lamentable es decir poco.

Negative experience: Supongo que tuve mala suerte. La atención del personal amable pero poco profesional. No sólo han perdido una venta, si no se han ganado la mala fama por propios méritos. Cuando ellos ya me habian descartado como compradora, a pesar de un precio de oferta superior a la elegida (!!!), aun entonces, me insistieron en inscribirme en Habitatge. Luego tuve que insistir para que me devolvieran la paga y señal de reserva de compra. No suficiente con ello, luego me van manteniendo en vilo, ya que la parte compradora elegida tenia problemas de financiación. Yo no es por nada, cumplia con creces el tema financiación. La falta de escucha y sobre todo falta de transparencia y honestidad, me han cautivado hacer esta reseña. Me han hecho perder un tiempo muy valioso. A nivel de negocio, podrian haber matado dos pájaros en una: haberme vendido en inmueble y conseguido venderme mi piso. Ellos sabrán.

Fantastic experience: I came to tecnocasa in order to find a flat. Which is what I did and a really good one, in fact there was some problems with owners insurance and all and they were the ones who fixed it, and talked with the owners on my behalf. But overall a great experience, always there when you need them as well as the owners. Great communication although I don’t speak that much of Spanish, but we still managed to have a conversation.
