Fantastic experience: (English below) Sehr professionelle und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter*innen haben den Kauf meine künftige bleibe in Barcelona bequem und unkompliziert gemacht. Jede Stadt hat ihre Partikularitäten und man braucht viel Wissen über die unmittelbare Umgebung des Objektes um eventuelle „Überraschungen“ zu vermeiden. Als Migrant in München, länger als 15 Jahren, es geht für mich Richtung zurück nach Spanien. Gewohnt an die horrende Preisen der Makler-Agenturen in einer der teuerste Städte Deutschlands, die Preis-Leistungsverhältnis plus die Hilfsbereitschaft und liebevolle Erklärungen von Estudi Montjuic-Mar haben mir so sehr geholfen. Es gibt so viele kleine Details wo man achten muss, egal ob man Kauf- oder Mietvertrag unterschreibt (ich hab ein Objekt von denen gekauft und gleich danach mit denen als Miete zu Verfügung gestellt) und ich hätte nie gedacht dass es an so viele Dinge achten muss. Ich bin sehr dankbar und werde weiter mit denen arbeiten. Fazit: gut angelegenes Geld. After 15 years in Germany, I am planning my come-back to Spain and I chose the district Poble-Sec for my new home. I am very thankful for all the help that Estudi Montjuic-Mar offered to me, in many ways. There is always a million things to pay attention when buying a property no matter where, and every city and every neighbourhood has its own dynamics, inconveniencies or highlights. The patience, sympathy and professionality of the men and women working in this Real-State Agency are outstanding and I am very thankful to have had them as support, taking care of a long list of “to-do” things. Especially when you don´t “belong” yet to the city (yet :), all this help is welcome and the money invested in their rates is worth.
Fantastic experience: Fantástico! He colaborado en dos ocasiones con Tecnocasa para alquilar mi piso y ya no confiaría en ninguna otra agencia. Tecnocasa tiene un enfoque muy local, cada agencia está especializada en un número limitado de calles -ni siquiera un barrio o distrito completo-, de manera que su conocimiento del mercado es total. Éste es un valor muy diferenciador en mi opinión. Y luego el equipo...sumamente profesional. Son todos muy competentes y se vuelcan en tu caso para ofrecer el mejor servicio. Una mención especial para Marta, que a todo lo anterior le añade grandes dosis de su corazón y calidez colombianos, que son enormes. Saludos!
