Negative experience: No suelo escribir reseñas en internet, pero por evitar que otras personas vivan el calvario que yo vivi con esta inmobiliria me decidi a escribir algo. Nunca he recibido un trato tan pesimo por parte de una inmobiliaria. Me metieron prisa por pagar su comision que es de las mas altas del mercado, y despues de eso, desaparecen y solo ponen problemas. Me he sentido engañado durante todo el proceso de compra. Nose si mi comentario servira para algo, pero si podeis, intentad evitar esta inmobiliaria. Trato pesimo.

They sold an apartment without having the power due to the will not being resolved with the inheritance, 5 months waiting to fix the situation, poorly managed, very expensive, and with terrible customer service. I wish they improve and learn from others that are magnificent with magnificent professionals.

Negative experience: Unpresentable and a bunch of scoundrels, they ask for the monthly fees which the owner is supposed to cover, saying that the owner demands it. If it is true that the owner requests it, what they should do is inform the owner that by law they cannot do that and that they are obliged to cover it themselves.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and shameless, almost 1 month chasing them for an apartment, as if I were the one with the money! After numerous conversations and ready to sign, they say they forgot to mention that the apartment is occupied, less than 1 month from September.

Negative experience: They are unprofessional. After visiting an apartment and sending all the documentation they requested, they did not communicate anything to us until I contacted Claudia again, who informed me that it had already been rented. Now I find myself without an apartment two weeks before I have to move because they didn't bother to tell us anything.

Fantastic experience: Utilizo esta reseña para agradecer y recomendar particularmente a Manuel como gestor inmobiliario de la oficina de Doctor Fedriani. Yo no estaba convencida de vender por no poder estar en Sevilla físicamente, pero como prácticamente te da el trabajo hecho y los honorarios son razonables, he acabado vendiendo y estoy bastante contenta . Manuel te lo facilita mucho todo , sobretodo si estás lejos o no tienes mucha disponibilidad él se encarga de hasta cosas que no le tocan. Su capacidad de trabajo, su tenacidad y su buen trato le definen. Recomiendo que pregunten por él en la oficina para cualquier gestión .

Negative experience: Tengo que decir que lo nuestro fue un calvario. Le dimos un piso que heredamos para venderlo y dentro de la comisión ( de más de 6.000€) entraba asesoramiento jurídico y todo lo que era los trámites inherentes a la herencia. Venderlo muy bien, en un mes, pero los papeles una pesadilla. Un desastre, veremos todos los problemas que esto nos va a traer. Carlos R.
