They schedule an appointment for you and offer you a house that you are going to stay in, and when you arrive at the place, they tell you that it is already sold. Seriously!! In half an hour, between going from my home to the agency, it has been sold, folks!!! The little shame... and they give it to someone else. Professionals of crap... Do not buy here, they deceive a lot, both the one who receives you and Patricia. They are informal and few professionals. They lie more than they talk.

Very unempathetic, they gave no possibility to go the next day, the girl in the office does not listen, empathy, treatment, and education is zero. First values that they teach you in customer service. I have been dealing with agents in the sector for twenty years and I have never experienced this situation with any agent. The hospitality industry is lacking staff, think about it!
