It turns out to be them, but they don't announce it. When you ask them important questions, they first ask if you are a student or which advertisement you are referring to, but they don't answer the important ones. It turns out that this advertisement from today closes today; but they don’t tell you even if you ask them. When you ask again, they tell you that this phone number is personal and that it is outside working hours, it’s personal now, because for the advertisement it’s the one provided. I write to them again, and that’s when they tell me that they are a real estate agency, wait 5 hours for a response from the coordinator, she introduces herself like this. When I ask her how much everything costs, they tell me that real estate agencies work with three months' rent, which leads me to think that in order to start living you need: current month + deposit + 3 months' rent = 5* rental price. That’s what I understood. I believe that the costs of real estate management and contract formalization are paid by the landlord, not the tenant. They tell me they will call me next week, but after this, I don’t feel like being messed around. If anyone finds themselves needing to rent a home, make a list of everything, ask everything, and if you don’t understand something, don’t sign anything. All this without seeing the apartment or anything.

Then they showed us an old one and the one we were interested in they made excuses that we couldn't see it, and on top of that they told us we were on priority. The next day they called us saying that the apartment we liked was reserved. DON'T PLAY WITH US, WE ARE NOT FOOLS.

If you are looking for reviews because you doubt them, do not trust and look elsewhere because they are not worth it. There are many real estate agencies and even more apartments, don’t take a risk with those who want to charge an outrageous commission for the terrible and little work they do, don’t let them deceive you as well.

Negative experience: They are rogues, scammers, and climbers, and I am being very brief. We made the terrible mistake of trying to buy an apartment with them. After delaying all the initial procedures (informing the sellers of the negotiation, requesting the simple note, the energy certificate, drafting the deposit contract...) because they don’t even know where their heads are, or they pretend not to know, they started with the threats. They told us that either we signed the deposit contract (without having the simple note in force) that same day or they would return our deposit for the apartment. The issue is that upon signing the deposit contract we were supposed to pay them their fees, and of course, they were in a hurry to collect but not so much to do their job. After a week enduring this situation where they forced us to sign the deposit contract without having the documentation in force and even wanted to force us to apply for the mortgage with their 'financial' Vivenia (which has no references online). They told us they would return our deposit last Friday at noon, thus expelling us, by their decision, from the possibility of acquiring that property. This morning we received the money, but they have not communicated to us in writing anything about the cancellation of the operation. We contacted them again today, Monday at 9:00, and they told us the apartment is already marked and sold. Making it very clear the pathetic professionalism they have and that despite the apartment being marked, they must have been looking for other buyers on their own. To be clear, the management has been handled by: Javier, absolutely inept and voiceless; Óscar, at first seems a liar and a climber, and that is exactly what he is; And lastly, even better, Pepe, the franchisee, who has hired kids under 30 years old to face things for him, who never goes there, nor dares to answer a phone to give an explanation and literally tells his employees he pays them to deal with the crap. In short, I wouldn’t wish anyone to deal with this bunch of scammers. And I sincerely hope they are unemployed as soon as possible.

Negative experience: Tienes que llamar mil veces para que te cojan el teléfono. Quedas con ellos en una cosa y ni siquiera contestan a los mensajes, diciendo que no les ha llegado nada... Y para colmo mi pareja pierde un día de trabajo para ir a visitar un piso y luego te dicen que no, que ese día no puede ser porque hay inquilinos en el piso. Y luego cuando pasas por la inmobiliaria y te paras a ver el escaparate salen como buitres a comerte la oreja. No sé qué es lo que pretender alquilar y vender con esa actitud.

Negative experience: Trato amable, aunque falta de profesionalidad. Ayuda "la justa" durante el proceso de compra y totalmente olvidados una vez firmas las escrituras. Entiendo que son comerciales, pero el regateo de precios y la oscuridad/omisión de información sobre ciertos aspectos dan una muy mala imagen.

Negative experience: Todo fatal. Para empezar publican absolutamente todos sus pisos en los portales inmobiliarios sin certificado de eficiencia energética, lo que actualmente está prohibido. Y los que tienen en el escaparate tienen una pegatina de eficiencia energética falsa, es decir, vacía sin datos, simplemente una plantilla que pasa desapercibida si no la miras de cerca. Para seguir llamé por teléfono por una publicidad que encontré y me empezaron a marear con precios de pisos, publicita pisos con precios falsos o se inventan que los honorarios no están incluidos en el precio o yo que sé qué rollo. Por no hablar de que cuando visitas pisos con ellos ni siquiera te dan el FIA. Para resumir, una fábrica de dinero, donde lo que menos les importa es el comprador o el vendedor, deshumanización total de los trabajadores que solo te ven como un billete de 500.
