Positive experience: At first everything was fine, until I noticed an irregularity. Even after the law was changed on May 26, 2023, specifically 12/2023 regarding housing, they still want to charge fees to the tenants, masking it as a deposit to avoid showing the property further. And if you mention that law, as a retaliation, they say that the property is not interested (incredible).
