Fantastic experience: My husband and I live in the US, and this is our first time buying a property outside the U.S. Edgardo just did an excellent job of taking care of us from A to Z, including house-hunting with him in Barcelona for a short time, keeping the communication going with the time difference challenge, introducing us to an excellent broker company who managed to get us a great loan deal, to closing on our dream apartment today with his help finally!! Nothing would have been possible without Edgardo’s persistence, optimism, and perseverance to make things happen for his clients. Edgardo is a doer and a trustworthy person. Edgardo keeps his promises and makes them happen. Edgardo became a dear friend because of all these qualities and always taking the extra mile to advice us on the best way to proceed. I trust Edgardo to the max, and not only I would refer people to him, but I would also go back to scratch his entrepreneurial mind every time I have something:-) You can never go wrong with Edgardo and his whole team, including Ingrid who did a fabulous job taking care of everything legal related to the transaction. Edgardo, his team, and the company earned my full five stars and more.
Negative experience: Very bad experience, they made us lose the purchase of an apartment after 1 month of waiting, due to problems with the office's approval, asking us for all our data, income, pay slips, bank details, etc., deceiving us for a month and continuously blaming the investment fund. We discovered the deception by doing another real estate operation with the same investment fund, but through another agency, which provided an accepted offer response and a date to sign the deposit in 1 week without asking for any of your financial data, only the ID until the deposit was signed.
Negative experience: Interesting way of working for a real estate agency. They don't contact you, the phone is always busy, after a thousand messages only one email response without follow-up. It seems to me that they are not interested in the client and not very interested in selling...

Negative experience: I have been waiting for over a month for them to show me several homes and there is no way, I give up.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I am happy to share a feedback in regards to one of your agents Oscar Ibáñez. When I arrived in Spain with my other half, I have contacted multiple agencies to find a place where to live, and only found people/agencies that did not want to help because of language barriers on our side and their side too since we were not speaking Spanish and they were not speaking English ( guessing they did not want to complicate themselves in most of the cases ) . Our story has a happy ending, thanks to Oscar, when we heard about Hannah Piper Real Estate online, we decided to contact the agency and we were lucky enough to meet Oscar who went the extra mile for us. Oscar helped us by answering to all our questions in regards to the renting process, no matter what time we have messaged him. Renting properties is usually a difficult process especially if you are moving in a country where you do not know the process and don’t speak the language, having associates like Oscar who is going the extra mile for his clients, showing professionalism, as well as being able to speak a common language and having people skills benefits us as clients and your agency too. Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the service provided by Hannan Piper Real Estate. I have recently rented one apartment in Barcelona with this agency for long term and from a scale 1-10 I would give 10 to the agency but in special to one of the team members Oscar Ibáñez , who managed thanks to his services, professionalism and knowledge to help me find a home here in Spain Barcelona. Oscar was available at any time during the day helping me preparing all documents needed for the rental process, sharing all the information needed as well as demonstrating the right skills for the job. I was attended in English which was very helpful since I do not speak Spanish, I would recommend the agency and Oscar together with his skills to anyone trying to find the right place to live in. Negative experience: Estàvem interessats en un pis, vam trucar el dilluns i ens van dir que l'endemà ens trucarien. No ho van fer en tota la setmana. Com que ens interessava molt, vam estar tota la setmana intentant trucar i no es van ficar al telèfon ni una sola vegada. Tampoc van respondre al correu electrònic que els hi vam enviar. Divendres van despublicar l'anunci. No els interessava atendre tanta gent perquè anaven sobrats d'interessats, però enlloc de dir-ho, prefereixen no contestar. Curiosa manera de treballar i de donar una imatge de professionalitat. Això sí, ara suposo que no trigareu res en respondre la ressenya, que com que és públic, aquí ja us fa més mal. Si haguessiu dedicat 30 segons a atendre una de totes les trucades, us haguessiu estalviat la ressenya i haguessiu donat una imatge completament diferent. Ara responeu ficant qualsevol excusa i llestos.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased an apartment in Barcelona through KW Elite BCN to get my golden visa. What a great experience! An exceptional, very professional team who got the job done without any hiccups even during COVID. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Barcelona, especially from Miami or the United States such as myself. Spain is such a gem and you can't beat the golden visa so I'm glad to be investing here right now. The team also speaks English and Spanish which really helped me a lot.
