Negative experience: An awful service. We had a property appraisal, they took more than two weeks to complete it and they valued it down. When we questioned it, the response was: 'We value the property without taking into account the speculative dynamics of the market.' Their job is to determine the market value. And they were not able to do it.

Negative experience: I live in Marobert Badalona, I have had leaks for 5 days, there is no one attending, all incidents are reported through an app that leaves no trace. It took exactly 1 year to replace a broken glass for me. When I moved in we had security 24 hours a day, now they have only left a janitor for a few hours a day. We have been robbed 7 times in two months. Many neighbors complain about the lack of attention, paying 1600 euros for a two-bedroom apartment in Gorg.... They should be ashamed.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Apartment administration of Marobert in Badalona is an absolute disaster. You pay premium price for terrible services and poor maintenance. They are slow at responding, often ignoring requests for months. We have issues with odor coming from the ventilation system for a month now and they don’t take any responsibility.

The overpriced apartment that I rented in Marobert 1 was handed over to me full of dust, I had to pay for cleaning from my own pocket, tell me when do you ever hand over an apartment like that? They sell managed rentals but the only thing they managed is giving me a headache. Nothing ever gets fixed, the simplest requests are answered after a month. Overpriced, ignorant, unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, lack of professionalism. They play with your time and then tell you it's not their problem. Incredible, on December 27 I called about an apartment, they made me wait two weeks, canceled the appointment on the same day, and then rescheduled it for today. Today I asked if everything was okay and they said yes, and 4 minutes before the visit, they told me it had already been rented. So they should care about being a little professional and having interest in the customer. And if you look at the average of their reviews, you realize who is right and why you should never work with this disastrous company.
