Negative experience: At the rental level, they leave much to be desired. They manage to never return the deposit, even using cropped photos so that the damage is not noticeable as having been there before. They hide behind the fact that it is the owner (which it is also), but they are the ones who show the cropped photos and mediate for the owner. They must know what kind of agreement they have regarding the deposit.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this agency... three years ago we rented an apartment for our daughter along with her 2 roommates, we were told that all contact regarding incidents and any questions had to be made through them, so over these years we always interacted with Mas Habitat even though they never solved any problem related to the apartment. At the end of the contract in June, the owner refused to return the deposit paid into the Mas Habitat account without any justification (we are sure this is the usual modus operandi of the owner), the big surprise was when Mas Habitat told us that suddenly we had to resolve it with the owner and that they had nothing to do with it. Furthermore, after sending them at the end of June the request to cancel the supplies for which they asked for the latest bills, they never carried out those cancellations and to this day my daughter is still receiving bills for the apartment.

Negative experience: AVOID! The worst experience we have ever had in our life. We made a reservation to buy a bank-owned apartment. We asked Jose Maria, the manager of this sale, to check the apartment's alarm. A week later, he tells me that the apartment is occupied... via WhatsApp... I ask him if the alarm was connected and he doesn't respond... he offers no solution or takes any action with the bank to resolve it. If something goes wrong, which is his fault, they abandon you and ask you to back off! We have really suffered a lot due to this worker's negligence and of course the bank's, who were equally useless... I hope the bank soon reviews how they manage properties and who they put them in the hands of... I RECOMMEND AVOIDING ANY BUSINESS THROUGH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY.

Negative experience: Llevo intentando muchas veces en varios dias comunicarme con ellos. No responden los correos ni mensajes de la plataforma, y con las llamadas solo aparece un mensaje que "lo sentimos que el buzón esta lleno y ya contactarán", y es mentira, no contactan.

Negative experience: Unos informales y nada profesionales. Les he enviado varios emails para información de una vivienda y llevo tres semanas sin ninguna respuesta.

Negative experience: Muy poca seriedad. En mi caso me dieron hora para ver un piso y la sorpresa es que un día antes de la visita suben el precio 19.800€ casi nada, cuando creo que eso ha de ser ilegal. Posteriormente me quejo y elimiman el anuncio y a los dos días vuelven a ponerlo. A día de estoy esperando la oferta que les hice con un documento que me enviaron. Unos sinvergüenzas!!! Poco una porque es lo mínimo que te permite enviar la reseña.
