Negative experience: Having booked the apartment and paid the deposit the owners requested, I waited a month for them to confirm that my purchase of the apartment was still going ahead. After a month, they informed me that the lawyer had contacted the representatives of the owners who had signed the sales agreement, and they did not agree. They changed their minds and raised the price.

Negative experience: Honestly, I would love to be able to rate them better, but they haven't wanted to provide me service. I have been calling them for a month about different properties and writing to them on Idealista, and they always tell me they will call me back, but they don't. When I asked to speak with the person in charge of a specific rental, one of the employees spoke to me rudely and in a bad tone, telling me, 'Let's see, I am telling you that I will not connect you with my colleague X, and if you haven't received a call, it's because the property is rented.' But the property was listed again on another platform. It's a pity they provide such service to future rental clients and potential buyers, who will obviously choose another agency.

After negotiating an agreement with the help of his employee Angela, and making a reservation down payment, the sales director suddenly changed the terms of the agreement, mentioning a previous verbal offer that we were never informed about. This lack of transparency and professional ethics is unacceptable. It is clear that this company prioritizes its own interests over those of the clients and will not hesitate to play dirty to profit at the expense of honesty and integrity. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with Landa Propiedades and its sales director, Juanma Lanau, unless you are willing to risk being a victim of dishonest and unethical business practices. My advice: look for a more reliable and ethical real estate agency for your real estate transactions.

Negative experience: An absolute shame, an apartment for rent on Tenor Fleta. To begin with, nothing like the pictures. Broken furniture. The terrace floor completely covered in pigeon droppings. The kitchen countertop had a puddle of oil. The extractor hood was dripping oil and the sockets were surrounded by dried filth. I find it outrageous that they 'show' us, to say something because they didn't show us anything beyond opening the door, an apartment in such conditions and also at a price of €800.

Negative experience: I find their commission for being a mere intermediary more than excessive, but having to chase after them is outrageous. It will be difficult for me to buy anything with Landa and impossible for me to entrust them with the management.

Negative experience: SINVERGÜENZAS Acabamos de comprar una casa a través de esta inmobiliaria y por 9000€: - se nos dijo que el precio era negociable y fue nula la negociación del mismo - se han pasado todo el mes poniendo impedimentos para que realizaramos la firma de la compraventa (se han inventado excusas para intentar retrasarlo). El mismo día de la firma (1h antes) AÚN no habían pasado al banco los datos de los cobros - siempre a favor todo de los vendedores - nos han entregado la casa con las 3 cerraduras de las puertas principales rotas (tienen la cara de decir que es cuestión estética) Si queréis unos sacacuartos incompetentes esta es tu inmobiliaria, en especial María José. Llego a saber todo este proceso y me lo habría pensado bastante el comprar la casa.

Negative experience: Yo no puedo estar más descontenta con la gestión y el trato recibido por la inmobiliaria Landa. Compré un piso del que en la información inicial de los metros de superficie no eran los correctos. Pude verlo en dos ocasiones, la comercial estaba de vacaciones y era difícil quedar con ellos. Esta señorita no estaba informada de nada del piso, no sabía que no había suministro ni de luz ni de gas. Cierta presión para la compra, ya que dada la señal de reserva para la compra teníamos que hacer el contrato de arras en una semana, sin tener toda la información del piso. En el contrato de arras, ponía “que si los propietarios al final no vendían el piso seríamos los futuros compradores los que deberíamos pagar los honorarios a la inmobiliaria”, no entendimos como a la persona encargada de la venta esto le parecía normal. Por supuesto que lo cambiaron antes de la firma. Yo sí que cumplí con el abono de los honorarios previo a la adquisición del piso. La post-venta todavía fue peor, solo se podía contactar con la persona que lo llevaba por la mañana, por la tarde un día que me acerqué a la oficina de Mefisto nadie sabía darme información de mi piso. Quería alquilarlo y nadie se hacía cargo de que se diera de alta la luz y el gas, no sabía ni con que compañía lo tramitaban. Hasta que por fin me llamaron para darme las escrituras pero como era por la tarde y no estaba Alberto (la persona que solo trabaja de mañanas) no me podían dar los contratos de los suministros. Mi enfado fue tal que al final los encontraron. La conversación que llevé en esos momentos con la señorita, la escuchaba el gerente de la empresa que en ningún momento salió a hablar conmigo, aunque sí lo solicité yo y tuvo que atenderme, pero la verdad es que tuve la sensación de que le importaba poco lo que yo le estaba contando, me dio la impresión de poca profesionalidad y poca educación. Después de estas desdichas por supuesto que no volveré por allí, tal vez tuve mala suerte pero tampoco hicieron nada para que cambiara y fuera mejor.

Fantastic experience: Landa Propiedades tiene un excelente equipo de profesionales que conoce el mercado inmobiliario a la perfección. Su trato ha sido muy satisfactorio y competente. No dudo en recomendar sus servicios para cualquier gestión relacionada con este sector.

Es la primera vez que quiero comprar un piso y la agencia no me devuelve la llamada ni me coge nadie el teléfono después del contestador de:” hola, está llamando a landa propiedades..” pues me he cansado. Vaya ganas de comunicarse tal cual dicen en el anuncio con el comprador no?
