Positive experience: El piso retumba al pasar el tren subterraneo de cercanías, cosa que yo desconocia al no vivir en la ciudad. No se me informó de esto antes de comprarlo. Ante mi queja, la comercial me dijo que ella no lo sabía. No puedo asegurar que se me ocultara o no esta información. Simplemente me resulta sorprendente que siendo una comercial muy lista que captaba todos los detalles no se hubiera dado cuenta de algo tan importante. Por el hecho de haber comprado un piso que con esa situación quizá no lo hubiera comprado le pondría una valoración de 1. Sin embargo quiero dejar espacio a la duda de que efectivamente la comercial no lo supiera por ello le doy una valoración de 3.
