Fantastic experience: Today I was attended by Laudi Jiménez at this real estate agency. A person with kindness, understanding, and empathy that their counterparts at other real estate agencies should learn from. I totally recommend them. They are trustworthy people.

Negative experience: Beware of them! The real estate agent scheduled an appointment with me and never showed up for the visit. I give one star because there are no zero stars. This is the worst real estate agency I have visited in my home buying search so far. This agent made me leave my house to visit the property, told me he would arrive half an hour later, I called him and he said he would be 30 minutes late. That hour passed and he never answered the phone again, then he called me sounding like he had been drinking alcohol, saying he was waiting for me. I went back to the property again, and he never answered the phone again. Supposedly his name is Lauidi Giménez, the incompetent. Waste of gas and time.

Negative experience: Bad treatment!! They scheduled me for 9:00 PM and at the same time, they tell me that they will arrive at 9:30 PM... Then I call them and they hang up on me... At 9:52 PM, they call to tell me they have arrived and when I return to the apartment, they no longer open the door or answer my phone.... Terrible service... The sales agent's mobile ends in 5074 in case the owner of the real estate agency is interested in taking action with him.
