Negative experience: Atención al cliente pésima, quedó a la 18,30h con Mari Mar de la avenida de Betanxos 8 para ver un piso de la zona,me presento en la oficinas a la hora convenida y me dice que ese piso se ha señalizado por la mañana, nadie me ha llamado para avisarme. Una agencia que cobra comisión tanto al comprador como al vendedor. No volveré a mirar pisos en esta agencia. Nefasta experiencia. Le doy una estrella porque no puedo poner menos.
Buenas tardes, una vez más la pedimos disculpas. Como se la ha comentado en la oficina intentamos contactarla telefonicamente al mediodía para avisarla y al devolvernos la llamada trató con un compañero que no supo que el inmueble había sido reservado y por la tarde no pudimos volver a llamarla. Una vez más sentimos mucho que se haya tenido que desplazar. Un cordial saludo.
