Negative experience: The worst experience They showed us a flat in silence, without introducing themselves, we don't know the name of the person who showed it to us, zero communication, they didn't explain the condition of the property.....and on top of that, they want their fees!!! This is a joke!!! Recommendation, do not go to see it with them.

Negative experience: A disaster. They told me they were waiting for me at the entrance, but when I arrived there was no one there and they didn’t answer the phone. I waited 20 minutes and nothing happened. All 3 calls went to voicemail. They didn’t even call me back. Terrible. A waste of time.

Negative experience: They didn't show up on the day of the visit, the trip was in vain. We called and they didn't pick up. They say they called but there was no call from the number we had talked about the day before. They say they were waiting at the apartment and that they don't take calls during the visit (which visit? if it was ours). And they hadn't even given us the apartment, just the portal number. I understand there might have been a misunderstanding but not even an apology, quite the opposite. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: Comprar un piso con ellos es una experiencia pésima. Desde el momento en que di la señal de reserva del piso, comenté que la hipoteca tardarían al menos dos meses en dármela, me dijeron que no había problema y que iban a esperar sin problemas. A las 3 semanas me llamaron para decirme que tenía que dar 5 mil euros más o iba a perder el piso y los mil euros de reserva. Me trataron pésimo. Cada dos días recibía llamadas de acoso de su parte, amenazándome que iba a perder el dinero y el piso sin importar que había dicho que tardaría 2 meses. Al mes y 1 semana me mandaron un correo que ya daban por cancelada la venta y que perdía mi dinero. Publicaron de nuevo el piso en Idealista. Me acabó llamando el propietario para ver qué pasaba y ver cómo solucionar esto. Al final me entendí perfectamente con el propietario, el cual me dijo que los de la inmobiliaria le decían que yo ya me había echado para atrás, lo cual era mentira. Me trataron horrible, agobiándome por la pérdida de mi dinero y de la oportunidad de comprarme un piso. Cero profesionalidad. No los recomiendo para nada. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Sí es TerraHabitat. Tengo el recibo de la señal y del contrato de arras con su logo. Dejen de mentir

Negative experience: No responden a los correos-e, no hacen seguimiento de los posibles clientes, ocultan parte de la información a los compradores (cobro de una comisión no especificada a quien llama para comprar, no un cliente vendedor para el que trabajan), etc. Lo siento pero no puedo recomendarlos.

Negative experience: En la primera visita día el agente llegó 30 minutos tarde. Parece ser que al muchacho se le alargó la firma de un contrato anterior. En la visita se notaba a cuatro leguas que era la primera vez que estaba en esa casa. Curiosamente no firmé ningún papel de haber visitado el piso... ¿como confirman los propietarios que esta agencia está haciendo su trabajo? En la segunda visita a otro inmueble (Av. de Cantabria 21, por si los propietarios que desean vender el piso se quieren replantear si siguen o no con esta agencia) ya ni se presentó. Tras 40 minutos logramos contactar con su compañero, el cual no tenía ni idea de la visita y decía que no tenían ni la llave para mostrarlo. Lo malo es que llovía bastante y nos tocó esperar a mi y a mi mujer y a mis 2 niños bajo la lluvia. Un espectáculo. Hoy domingo el muchacho me devuelve la llamada, me cuenta cuatro excusas que no se sostenían y, tras echarle la bronca, como quien oye llover: ni me ofrece ir a visitar el piso otro día. Seguramente dentro de un 15 días le venderán el piso a otro y quedarán como héroes frente al propietario cuando realmente lo podrían haber vendido mucho antes y a lo mejor por más dinero. Este tipo de agencias dejan la imagen del sector inmobiliario por los suelos: unos tipos poco profesionales que cobran por hacer nada. [pongo 2 estrellas porque al menos saben subir fotos a idealista]
