Positive experience: My experience with Luisa was 10, she showed us the apartment on a Saturday even when she was on her first day of vacation, she gave me all the facilities to communicate with the landlord, she made everything easy for me, and today if I have a problem I can continue contacting her, the only thing is that they almost didn't give us the apartment due to the insurance issue and they gave us very little notice and we no longer had a plan b, but luckily everything went well, she is excellent and very nice :)
