Expérience fantastique: Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Can Topa pendant une semaine. C'était d'une propreté impeccable et magnifiquement décoré. Le pack de bienvenue était vraiment bien pensé avec du café, du lait, etc. Le personnel des propriétés baléares était fantastique à chaque contact que nous avons eu avec eux. Vraiment efficaces et toujours serviables. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci à tout le personnel d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable.

Expérience fantastique: Iris Grunewald chez Balearic Properties est la plus authentique et professionnelle des agents immobiliers que nous avons jamais rencontrés. Elle parle plusieurs langues et possède de multiples talents avec une vraie profondeur de connaissance. L'organisation fonctionne comme une horloge et l'équipe de marketing derrière Iris est très compétente et toujours disponible. La présentation de notre maison était excellente avec de superbes photos. Leur marketing en ligne a capturé un acheteur en quelques jours. Après avoir reçu l'offre, le vrai travail commence et Iris a géré le tout avec une grande compétence, une attention aux détails et s'est assurée que nous sachions ce qui se passait. Iris est aussi très sympathique et a donné à ma femme et à moi beaucoup de soutien pendant ce qui est une expérience stressante et émotionnelle - vendre notre maison de 22 ans. Expérience négative: J'ai parlé avec une certaine Carolina et elle était charmante, mais elle m'a passé à un commercial, un certain Hugo, qui m'a écarté en refusant de me montrer deux biens pour avoir remis en question le prix de l'un d'eux. Je ne trouve pas cela sérieux ni professionnel.

Expérience fantastique: Eine Wohnung und ein Haus über Herrn Schmitt-Wichmann gekauft. Beides lief perfekt, er kümmerte sich um alles, war fast immer erreichbar und beim Notar als Übersetzer dabeigewesen. Beide immobilen im Top Neubauzustand und faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich kann Herrn Schmitt-Wichmann nur weiterempfehlen

Expérience négative: Pongo una estrella porque ne puede poner menos, he llamado 2 veces para preguntar por una propiedad y te pasan por telefono con distintos agentes. Ninguno de ellos tiene ni idea de nada. Las 2 veces quedamos en que me iban a llamar porque no tenian ni idea de nada y aun estoy esperando. No recomiendo para nada esta inmobiliaria. Supongo que es la tipica gente que esta a la espera de gente extranjera despistada para hacer el agosto.

Just to share with people interested in buying a flat / a house in Mallorca: we did it via Balearic Properties and we were really happy with their service, support throughout the process (guidance and follow up). Either you want to buy a flat for two or a family house, you're welcome! Once in contact with Balearic Properties, as it's their job, they will put you in contact with a lawyer and a notary if necessary and the whole sales process can be done quite quickly (3 months). Multilingual staff, no worries.

Of particular note is the agent Gemma Marr, she helped me find a suitable long term rental property. I was living in the USA at the time and everything was handled via email. Expérience fantastique: Southwest Mallorca The temperature is picking up. We are starting to see quite a few tourist heading to the beaches of Portals. The parking beside Marineland is packed with buses and children are going thru the turnstiles of Marineland to enjoy the dolphin show. People are playing tennis nearby. Terraces down at Puerto Portals are packed with people sipping coffee, drinking a nice cold beer and for the more fearsome gulping down a nice Gin and Tonic. Shops are putting out their ware for clients to shop and you do see the odd ones with shopping bags strolling near the boats and yachts.....It feels like Summer is around the corner and the season hasn´t even started.... This year is going to be a fantastic season here, in the Southwest....Come and Enjoy!!
