Expérience fantastique: Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Can Topa pendant une semaine. C'était parfaitement propre et magnifiquement aménagé. Le pack d'accueil était vraiment bien pensé avec du café, du lait, etc. Le personnel de Balearic Properties était fantastique à chaque contact que nous avons eu avec eux. Elle parle plusieurs langues et possède de nombreux talents avec une véritable profondeur de connaissance. L'organisation fonctionne comme une horloge et l'équipe marketing derrière Iris est très capable et toujours disponible. La présentation de notre maison était excellente avec de superbes photos. Leur marketing en ligne a capté un acheteur en quelques jours. Après avoir reçu l'offre, le véritable travail commence et Iris a géré le tout avec une grande compétence, une attention aux détails et a veillé à ce que nous sachions ce qui se passe. Iris est aussi très sympathique et a donné à ma femme et à moi beaucoup de soutien pendant ce qui est une expérience stressante et émotionnelle - vendre notre maison après 22 ans. Expérience fantastique: Sud-Ouest de Majorque. La température augmente. Nous commençons à voir pas mal de touristes se diriger vers les plages de Portals. Le parking à côté de Marineland est rempli d'autobus et les enfants passent par les tourniquets de Marineland pour profiter du spectacle de dauphins. Des gens jouent au tennis à proximité. Les terrasses à Puerto Portals sont pleines de gens sirotant du café, buvant une bonne bière froide et pour les plus audacieux, savourant un bon Gin Tonic. Les boutiques mettent leurs marchandises en avant pour que les clients fassent leurs emplettes et on voit quelques-uns avec des sacs de shopping se baladant près des bateaux et des yachts... On a l'impression que l'été est à portée de mains et la saison n'a même pas encore commencé... Cette année va être une saison fantastique ici, dans le sud-ouest... Venez et profitez-en !

De manière particulière, l'agent Gemma Marr, elle m'a aidé à trouver une propriété de location à long terme adaptée. Je vivais aux États-Unis à l'époque et tout a été géré par e-mail. Chaque communication a toujours été traitée rapidement et efficacement. Lorsque je suis enfin arrivé à Pollensa il y a quelques semaines, mon appartement a répondu à tous mes souhaits et plus encore ! Gemma a dépassé ses fonctions pour m'installer et résoudre des problèmes frustrants avec Fed Ex, et son espagnol courant et son attitude extrêmement serviable et amicale ont rendu ma transition vers un nouveau pays sans effort. Je n'ai que des éloges pour les propriétés baléares et la manière extrêmement professionnelle dont elles gèrent leur entreprise.

Expérience négative: J'ai parlé avec une certaine Carolina et elle était charmante, mais elle m'a passé à un commercial, un certain Hugo, et il m'a écarté en refusant de me montrer deux biens pour avoir remis en question le prix de l'un d'eux. Cela ne me semble pas sérieux ni professionnel.

Beides lief perfekt, er kümmerte sich um alles, war fast immer erreichbar und beim Notar als Übersetzer dabeigewesen. Beide immobilen im Top Neubauzustand und faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich kann Herrn Schmitt-Wichmann nur weiterempfehlen

Expérience négative: Pongo una estrella porque ne puede poner menos, he llamado 2 veces para preguntar por una propiedad y te pasan por telefono con distintos agentes. Ninguno de ellos tiene ni idea de nada. Las 2 veces quedamos en que me iban a llamar porque no tenian ni idea de nada y aun estoy esperando. No recomiendo para nada esta inmobiliaria. Supongo que es la tipica gente que esta a la espera de gente extranjera despistada para hacer el agosto.
