Expérience négative: ILS VENDENT DES MAISONS DANS UN ÉTAT IRRÉGULIER ET NE VOUS INFORMENT PAS. FAITES ATTENTION CAR PLUS QU'UNE JOIE, VOUS POURRIEZ VOUS RETROUVER AVEC UN BON PROBLÈME.

Expérience négative: Erreurs dans les annonces, ils mentent sur la taille des biens, les caractéristiques, l'état... Ce qu'ils annoncent n'a rien à voir avec ce que c'est réellement quand vous y allez.

Expérience négative: SERVICE HORRIBLE DE LA PART DE BETTINA FREITAG. Plus d'une semaine de MENSONGES CONSTANTS chaque jour. Ils offrent des propriétés qui ne sont vraiment pas à vendre. Ils nous ont fait perdre du temps et de l'argent et ont joué avec notre espoir. D'abord, la propriété était négociable. Ensuite, nous devions payer le prix indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons voyagé depuis le continent en ferry avec le temps et l'argent que cela implique. NOUS AVONS CLOS L'ACHAT DE LA PROPRIÉTÉ EN PERSONNE AVEC ELLE ET LES PROPRIÉTAIRES. Elle nous a dit qu'elle avait besoin de quelques jours pour rédiger le contrat de réservation. Encore une fois, TOUT ÉTAIT UN MENSONGE. Des heures plus tard, elle nous appelle en disant qu'il y a un autre acheteur et que le prix augmente. Ensuite, nous entrons dans une enchère. Elle nous demande chaque jour si nous améliorons notre offre. Nous avons finalement offert 10 000€ de plus que l'autre acheteur et, étonnamment, elle nous appelle en disant qu'ils ne nous la vendent pas. Faites attention aux raisons : peut-être que le propriétaire ne vous aime pas. Pas d'autre raison, pas d'autre explication. Je doute vraiment que cet autre acheteur ait jamais existé. Où est la professionnalité ? Selon la RAE, une enchère est : Vente d'un bien à celui qui offre le meilleur prix parmi les enchérisseurs présents. Cependant, quand nous avons offert plus, ils ont refusé à nouveau l'achat de la propriété. JE RÉITÈRE, nous l'avions déjà fermée une semaine auparavant. Mensonges et encore mensonges. Le propriétaire ne nous aime pas, bien sûr. J'attends toujours l'appel du propriétaire comme Bettina m'a promis, pour me fournir une explication logique de pourquoi ils ne me vendent pas la maison même après avoir offert plus pour elle. Encore, UN MENSONGE DE PLUS. Quel sens cela a-t-il ? Ils offrent des propriétés qui ne sont pas à vendre. Et celles qui sont à vendre, ils les vendent à ces clients que l'agence immobilière considère comme plus avantageux pour eux. Nous avons été discriminés en fonction de notre nationalité et de notre âge. Une honte... On ne peut pas acheter des propriétés à Majorque gérées par cette agence immobilière si vous êtes espagnol ? L'expérience la moins professionnelle et la plus honteuse que j'ai jamais eue avec une agence immobilière.

Expérience fantastique: Im Frühling 2020 haben wir uns entschlossen nach einer Wohnung in Pollenca oder in der Nähe zu suchen. Nachdem wir uns einige Wohnungen angesehen haben welche leider in schlechtem Zustand waren, haben Freunde empfohlen uns an das Engel & Völkers Büro in Pollenca zu wenden. Das war dann die entscheidende und schnelle Wende in der Wohnungssuche. Die Mitarbeiter in diesem Büro sind nicht nur unglaublich nett sondern auch sehr professionell. Wir haben uns direkt einen Tag nach unserer ersten Anfrage eine Wohnung in der Altstadt von Alcudia angesehen, in welche wir uns sofort verliebt haben. Von da an ging alles, trotz der Pandemie bedingten allgemeinen Schwierigkeiten, sehr schnell voran. Persönlich wurden wir von Frau Sara Deen betreut. Sie hat uns von der ersten Besichtigung über Vorbesitzer, Notar, Schlüssel, Strom und Internet bis zur ersten Möbellieferung jederzeit hervorragend unterstützt. Zusammengefasst war unser Immobilienkauf mit dem Engel & Völkers Büro Pollenca ein 5 Sterne Erlebnis. === In spring 2020 we decided to buy an apartment in Pollenca or nearby. After looking at some apartments, which unfortunately were in poor condition, friends recommended that we better contact the Engel & Völkers office in Pollenca. That was the decisive and quick turning point in the search for an apartment. The staff in this office are not only incredibly nice but also very professional. One day after our first inquiry we looked at an apartment in the old town of Alcudia, which we immediately fell in love with. From then on everything went very quickly, despite the general difficulties caused by the pandemic. We were personally working with Mrs. Sara Deen. She gave us excellent support at all times, from the first visit to the previous owner, notary, keys, electricity and internet to the first delivery of furniture. In summary, our property purchase with the Engel & Völkers office in Pollenca was a 5-star experience.

They also seem to be the only agent that didn't hugely inflate the market price of our property (we learned this through hindsight and lost a lot of time by going with a different agent initially). They gave honest feedback about the property and helped us make small improvements that really made a difference. Expérience fantastique: In 2020 our daughter recommended Engel & Völkers Pollensa after she had just been supported by Sara Deen (Engel & Völkers) to buy a very nice town house in Campanet. We contacted Sara Deen and told her that we would be interested to buy a house for us as well. However, we told Sara that we had only one day to visit potential houses. So she prepared an excellent tour for us and during the day she presented us a house that we decided to buy on the same day. It was her credit that we came to a deal so fast. She knew exactly what we wanted and we never regretted the acquisiton. Her after sales services were also excellent. She recommended local architects etc. that helped us to change the object according to our needs. She even came to our house in winter to increase the room temperature before we arrived after a long stay in Germany. We recommended Sara´s services to our friends in Germany and at least two of our friends also bought a house via Sara Deen and Engel & Völkers. It will be difficult to find a better real estate expert for Pollensa or even for Mallorca!
