Experiencia fantástica: I'd like to share my recent experience with Tona Ott, our Community Manager at Sedona at Parkside HOA and all the improvements I have noticed since Tona joined this position. Recently, Tona put an extra effort to every homeowner regarding the Fire Alarm inspection notice for the city's compliance and the community's safety. Tona promptly replied to my email request to justify the inspection time window for my unit and showed her willingness to cooperate with me to assure I am home. Moreover, in the community, we have been experiencing less frequent downtime of our main gates, nicer greener plants with flowers (thank you for the irrigation and current gardeners), cleaner walking-paths and the main green area (no dog poops). I feel safer and have more peace of mind living here. Finally, the use of HODA and the portal has given us convenient ways to get 24/7 support. Thank you, Tona Ott and the team for the great service for our better living community.

Experiencia fantástica: Getting notices from HOA always spells trouble and headaches for homeowners, but Fiori Barton was such a pleasure to communicate with. Experiencia negativa: Horrible property management team. Property manager does not respond to calls ope emails. Property management does not seem to understand or acknowledge that they work or the honeowners.

I personally spoke with the Community Manager, who was genuinely disheartened by this review given the level of service and support she has provided. She has consistently been kind, responsive, and extremely helpful, and has gone above and beyond to assist you, including personally delivering a pool key to you in the rain as a courtesy.
Additionally, she provided documentation to me showing responses to your inquiries dated December 19, which is inconsistent with your claim that calls and emails went unanswered. While she was on pre-scheduled vacation during the holiday period, her out-of-office message was active and included clear contact information for the appropriate team members in the event of an emergency.
We take homeowner concerns seriously and remain committed to respectful, responsive service. Should there be any outstanding issues, we welcome direct communication so they can be addressed constructively.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an event at the Enclave Clubhouse. Morgan Malekebu, the Enclave Facility Administrator, is a very pleasant and professional individual who was able to provide the assistance needed to make our event successful. The clubhouse was clean and orderly with ample number of tables & chairs available. It was great to have access to the kitchen. We will definitely consider hosting another event at the Enclave clubhouse.

Experiencia positiva: HOA reps or managers can be nightmares in my experience. Indifference, finger pointing, or just lots of "I dont know's." This is not the case with our current HOA manager Danielle Dalley. Danielle has been very helpful I asked a question recently and she answered in a short amount of time and provided a followup map providing additional context that I didnt ask for but very helpful. I hope Danielle continues to stay. 5 stars for Danielle, minus one star because not everyone working at FirstService is like Danielle.

Experiencia fantástica: We threw a birthday party for our toddler in The Preserve Gardenhouse last weekend and I just want to give a shoutout to the management there. I emailed them on a whim just to see if they have any special activities related to the garden next to the hall. They said they've never done anything for birthdays / parties in general but they were able to pull it off! Farmer Stephen gave the kids a nice tour of the garden, taught them gardening techniques, showed them insects (which the kids really liked), showed them how to plant, and gave away fruits / veggies / and seeds. It was like an early trick-or-treat event for the kids. Thank you to Sandra and Farmer Stephen for this memorable experience for the kids and for the adults as well.

Experiencia negativa: We are writing on behalf of concerned residents of the Jurupa Valley/Granite Ridge community regarding the ongoing lack of responsiveness and unacceptable delays in addressing critical maintenance issues. The overall condition of our community has noticeably declined. Landscaping and tree maintenance have been neglected to the point where the area appears abandoned rather than part of a well-managed gated community. Additionally, the gate spikes remain broken, and the gate system is frequently out of service, compromising both security and functionality. As paying members of this HOA, we expect timely and professional upkeep of shared spaces and community assets. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. If these matters are not addressed promptly and effectively, many residents are seriously considering the possibility of leaving the HOA altogether. We are united in expressing that these issues must be resolved immediately. Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank Tona Ott for her perseverance, in reaching out to the Diamond bar condo association to correct and fix my condo’s concrete floor. I’m an in the process of replacing the vinyl flooring in my condo which came to a halt before it ever got started because of damage from roots invading my concrete slab, lifting and separating the floors from the walls. With the help of Tona Ott /facility site manager work is finally starting to fix the concrete slab floor and remove roots from trees surrounding this condo complex. I was finally at wits end and into my sixth week of pushing to get the work done and with her assistance the work is now starting, I don’t know how to thank her for her job, Well done.

Experiencia negativa: Pretty surprised at the previous reviews. They all sound a little .. too good to be true- I can't recall what is said about something like that. This company is a pain to deal with. Once you have 1 issue and THEY don't get a submissive response, you are black listed and they complain about EVERYTHING you do. It all started when I had requested the color scheme for the community. I had been told IN WRITING that there wasn't one but that my neighbors had to sign an acknowledgement of the color (darker blue) I wanted to paint my garage doors. I sent it all to them and painted my doors. THEN they come back and threw a fit because the color wasn't "warm enough" for the (all of a sudden) color scheme. So unprofessional it blows my mind! I have it in WRITING! NO COLOR SCHEME. As I responded with about 20 pictures of one small portion of the community that had black garage doors, they insisted that I had to repaint my doors to the previous color. So I ended up paying a paint job twice. But yet, they can't fix the gate and keep the Pool Noodle that "protects" our community in order. Funny. Instead, they focus on something as stupid as your trash can being outside your gate for a few hours on a "non-trash day". You've got to be kidding me. The gate at our community rarely works and the communications system hasn't worked for the past 6 months! But they prefer to focus on stupid things like a trash can NOT being 12 more inches into your property. I am renting now but because of this company, I would NEVER purchase a home in a community that they are in charge of.
