Experiencia positiva: I’ve been with LPM since January 2023 and will be moving out on February 1st. I’ve never had any issues with the staff—they’ve always been professional, polite, and easy to work with. That said, I’ve been without a dishwasher for quite some time. Additionally, the bushes and palm tree in the backyard caused ongoing issues with spiders, which made things uncomfortable for my kids and me. Maintenance did come out and noted that the hedges needed to be cut back and the palm tree serviced. Aside from those issues, my experience with the staff has been positive. I’m moving mainly because the house is much larger than I need now and I’m downsizing. I also won’t miss the extra $200 per month for lawn care.
