You get approved for a home improvement and perform the improvement then get harassed every year because they changed property managers and don't bother to check the files that the improvement was authorized. Experiencia fantástica: Friday, October 3, 2025 Miss Mercy answered my questions in a pleasant manner. As for Goodwin, this resident is very displeased. The first time ever he has encountered a fee, $1.50, for making an ACH payment is with Mr. Goodwin. There is absolutely no excuse for this charge when the very elevated quarterly HOA fees are considered. This is a very unhappy resident who will speak with other residents. 10/3/25
