Experiencia negativa: Property owners- Be cautious about utilizing their services. They are running a “shady” business and will send you bills/ invoices for thousands of dollars, without even letting you know, or giving you quotes, or getting the property owners authorization to conduct work…Rude staff that is not transparent. Unethical business practices. We had a horrific experience that we would not want anyone else to have !!!! The company owner is unprofessional, and so are his employees- Nancy , Jesus- lie like there is no tomorrow to make a buck and save their jobs!! Sooner or later unethical business practices catch up to you… Properties are NOT owned by your company, and it is your job to inform owners- get authorization for big ticket items vs just “taking over” doing whatever and send thousands of dollars of bills to the property owners!! SHADY BUSINESS!! !

They were overall amazing people to rent from. I never ever had an issue with them and when I did express my concerns for things they would take care of it. They are strict on things but it’s reasonable on why. They were amazing. Barbara thank you for being amazing and for always explaining me things I found r understand. You would take your time to explain well to me. Thank you. If you could rent from them I highly suggest doing so!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible company to rent from. No grace period for rent, even if you get paid after the first. Immediate $50 charge, and there is NO charge on each rent notification. They accumulate the charge so they can blast you with a lump sum charge, then they say "its in the rental agreement", which they pressure you to sign immediately instead of giving the renter a chance to read the agreement. Fine print, as usual. I wasn't told until 8 months and $400 later. The owner of the house switched from a rental company that sold to another company, and they immediately raised the rent, forced me to sign another lease, even though I'ved lived in this house for over 5 years. There are 7 electrical outlets that do not work, and still no answer as to when they will be fixed. The trees need trimming badly, but they've only sent someone out once to assess the situation. One tree in the back is ready to topple over, yet NOTHING! I've tried making a report online, but it doesn't work. I've told them of the online issue and verbally told them of the problems....nothing! STILL waiting... Another company only worried about the almighty dollar. Which basically means my rent is going up again because of this write-up.

Experiencia negativa: I applied for a beautiful new build unit I viewed. The reviews for this management company were great and staff was great. I paid my application fee. Then it went radio silent. I called within the week I applied and she said it takes a few days but I'll be informed if I was approved OR denied- cool understandable. Than more silence. I called last Monday (it's been 2 wks) no answer so I left a voice mail. My call was never returned then the listing was pulled. Very disappointed in their whole process. I found the same new build with a different management. I move next Monday!

Experiencia fantástica: We have rented from Armstrong for over 5 years now. They have always been quick to respond with any maintenance issues we've reported. We just moved into another property they also manage. We had to wait a little longer to sign the lease than we had expected (due to the holidays), but overall we are satisfied with the application and signing process. Our communication has been mainly with Barbara and a little with the owner, we have had good experiences/interactions with both.

Experiencia negativa: I liked their application process where they only made you pay a collective $50 if you were approved for the rental. However, there was an issue with figuring out how to get our propane turned on and we needed to know how from the property owners if the tank was rented from a specific propane company or if it was owned by the property owners. My husband and I made several calls through out the week to them asking if they could get ahold of the property owners to find out if the tank was rented or owned and after coming in contact with the property owner who lived down the road, we found out that they never asked them about that. So it took us over a week to actually move in because they failed to listen to what it was that we were asking and we had already paid rent but we couldn’t move in because there was no heat, no hot water, no way to cook. The propane company we contacted was more help than they were and just made the whole ordeal really stressful and frustrating. They are all really friendly but they really lack on communication and it makes me reluctant to try and get ahold of them if I need help with something in the future. They didn’t seem knowledgeable about anything having to do with the propane setup. Also when I saw the description of the home and went to apply for it, it said it came with a detached garage, so we figured it was the one car garage set up that built across from the house, just before we signed the lease, they told us that was not part of the deal which was very disappointing, but the day we were moving in and we came in contact with the property owner, he told us that yes that was our garage to use. So that seems like another flaw in their communication and knowledge of the property itself.

Experiencia positiva: Way better experience than what I had at Mill Creek Management. My credit wasn't a problem for me to get approved. My mom has good credit but I don't. We still were able to rent a nice house and the deposit wasn't crazy high. The staff is friendly and handled our concerns about the house. Should have went here first. Listen to the reviews people. If you're looking to be treated fairly and listened to go with Armstrong. This is our second time renting with them. The last time we moved we even got the majority of our deposit back. We kept it clean and they didn't try to be money hungry and take the whole deposit. Will definitely recommend them. Update 5/26/2020 Updated to three stars until further notice. Just not satisfied.

We are in a new house and have had some troubles with maintenance and Julie has been SO UNBELIEVABLY helpful in getting matters resolved. So incredibly grateful for everyone there. I have currently been renting with Armstrong for 5 years now. And I can honestly say in that time I've never had a concern/request/complaint go on unheard ears. Mary Ellen is always quick to reply and respond with answers. Robert is our maintenance man. And honestly he is always so professional and polite. Makes it very comfortable and way to work with. And doesn't make me feel uncomfortable essentially as a stranger in my home. I know people are quick to complain about property management. But I think we all need to take the time to recognize efforts and good work. Thank you Armstrong. My family and I greatly appreciate all your work.
