If we had a question no matter if it was 9:30 at night she always got right back with us and answered our questions. If there was any issues which the only one we had was we were to get the free truck to use to move my Dad and the people who had it the night before thought they had it for the whole weekend and didn’t bring it back. We get there to get the truck and had everyone waiting to help move us and no truck. I called Jackie and within a couple of minutes she said that we just need to go rent a U-Haul and they would reimburse us. So what could have been a disaster for the day ended up being just fine and we were able to move my Dad the day we had planned. She is very professional and very compassionate about her job and she makes the whole process easy and stress free.
