Experiencia negativa: I made appointments to see two properties they make you confirm your appointment send in a photo ID email you over and over and text that's all fine until you get there and the first house the code they send won't work you call their help line and no one answers the 2nd house the wrong security code on the lock box and it has a for sale sign, I wasted my time with these frauds, don't trust their listings are legit

Our self-showing system is designed to offer convenience and security, which is why appointment confirmations, ID verification, and access codes are required. That said, access issues such as incorrect codes or difficulty reaching support are not typical and are taken seriously.

Experiencia negativa: Edit: It took going to the office and another week to finally get an email saying to disregard the increase notice. Phillis was very helpful with getting the issue in front of the right people. Figure out a better way for the call center to get in touch with the managers that's not one massive message board. Everything gets lost on there, if it's ever checked. This property management company is the WORST! They respond quickly when you're working on moving in to a new place, but the MOMENT they give you the keys, they disappear. It's been incredibly hard to get in contact with anyone there. To make matters worse, I have been trying to get ahold of someone about an ILLEGAL RENT INCREASE for 2 weeks. We have a 12 month fixed lease that started a month ago (starting our second year here) and they have sent 4 notices of a rent increase in August, mid term. One notice was by certified mail. Getting maintenance out is a pain in the butt. They're slow about getting someone to fix anything. And if you call their number, it goes to a third party call center so they can send a message to Pure. Guaranteed to never hear back about it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ILLEGALLY INCREASE THE RENT AND IGNORE YOUR ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM.

Experiencia negativa: I have been renting from pure property management now for five years. Before that I owned four different homes and I've rented a few times in my life. This place that I'm renting right now in Roy and it's literally the worst experience I've ever had dealing with any landlord or bank. I'm not even sure where to start with my complaints. I'll just put it really simple when things break. They don't fix it. The home that I'm in was built back in the early 80s. All the stuff in here is from the 80s. Everything is garbage. The fridge is complete garbage. The dishwasher is complete garbage and backs up with septic sometimes. Our washer after needing a replacement for years they replaced it with an old washer that has a bunch of rust and does not spin right. I'd like to let you know this is after complaining for months and months. Our door has never locked right since we moved in our sliding glass door. The handle is completely gone and we have to use our fingers to reach into the metal part to pull it open. I've cut myself doing this on a couple occasions. They have still not fixed our door. Anytime we need anything repaired at all we get the runaround or the people in Maintenance basically call us liars. We've had numerous people at our home to fix things as an example. Our sink has been clogging over and over repeatedly. We've had five different people here. None of them have fixed it the right way. Every maintenance person they send here has been nice, but has not had the right parts and then when they try to get authorization for the parts, they're given the runaround and then we're never helped. This has been going on and on and on and this is honestly the worst landlord situation I have ever had in my entire life. If you're thinking of renting from pure property management, I would honestly think twice because the help that you're gonna get is terrible. I will say the customer service when I can finally get a hold of somebody in the office is not bad. However, when dealing with a maintenance issue of any sort, you can expect to be given the runaround for a very long time. Our fridge has not kept stuff cold properly since we moved in and they still haven't replaced it. It's even missing the cheese and meat drawers and we had to use duct tape to keep the condiment bars in place so that our condiments don't fall on the floor. Like I said I could go on and on, but my honest opinion is this is by far the most terrible landlord situation I have ever dealt with. I certainly hope whoever has the unlucky luck to rent this place next sees this post first and at least knows what they're getting into. If I could give this rating a -10 stars, I would honestly it's a waste of my time to probably even make this announcement. Despite everything, my family and I are moving in two weeks because we just can't take the lack of follow-through on anything or the fact that our landlord is so cheap that they're basically running a slum house here. So be warned! Or this will be your door and your washer. I'm attaching a photo of the cracks in the floors that the landlord refuses to replace. The door that we've been having to use for the last five years that has no lock and three months ago the handle completely fell off. Also a picture of our beautiful new washer that our landlord thought we deserved. So before you rent from pure property managers, make sure you know what you're getting into. Maybe it's just our rental here and maybe it's just our landlord who's super cheap but whoever it is really doesn't care much about the people renting from them. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Experiencia negativa: is the worst place we have rented from. We have been here five years only because of our living situations. If we were able to be out of here sooner we would have been.. maintenance is terrible and we are blamed for things that we don’t cause. not to mention the old washer and dryer, finally got a new dryer after four years of dealing with a shitty one. And after five years, they finally replaced our washer, which is an old rusty one. not to mention our back door hasn’t been able to lock the whole time we’ve lived here because the lock broke almost immediately because of the shitty lock that it started out with. and having more than three people over the span of a few months come over here and pretend like they know how to fix the problem. they tell us it’s gonna be fixed and then we have to wait another six months for us to hear anything from them. not to mention the septic system overflowing out of my shower all over the bathroom floor and out of the bathroom, where I bathe my two-year-old. still hasn’t been fixed. if you don’t wanna be screwed over, please don’t rent from them… it’s not worth it even if they try to offer you a decreased rent… there’s a reason why….

Experiencia negativa: I had an approved application for one of their rentals and was very interested in moving forward, but the experience ultimately fell apart due to rigid policies and unclear communication. After approval, I was informed of a 14-day mandatory move-in requirement that was not disclosed anywhere in the application materials or website. This came only after I proposed a move-in date about 3 weeks later. I was also told that both the full security deposit and first month’s rent would be required well in advance of move-in, which conflicted with how their own application language described the process. I tried to find a compromise and communicated clearly and professionally, but received no response to my proposal. Shortly after, communication shifted to another staff member, and the conversation essentially restarted without addressing my concerns. The property has now been listed for over 50 days, including the period they claimed flexibility wasn’t possible. That was disappointing, as a small accommodation could have secured a qualified tenant. This may work well for renters who can move immediately and pay everything upfront, but for those transitioning between homes, I recommend proceeding carefully and getting all timelines in writing before applying.

Experiencia negativa: I currently can't recommend PURE Property Management as a tenant. I have been without a working refrigerator for more than the 72 hours that Seattle legally allows. I want to change my review, but the facts are the facts. My food is spoiled. What am I supposed to do? What would you do if you were in my shoes? Update: PURE has replied to this review, saying that there isn't a work order for my fridge. I've attached proof that there is a work order from 5 days ago along with their response.

Experiencia negativa: If I was able to give this company zero stars I absolutely would lack of communication is a very big issue When we were finally moving back in to our home after we had tenants that were secured by NRB the company pure took over we tried contacting them since they told us that something was wrong with our furnace no one answered emails or phone calls and when I finally got somebody on the line I was told to not tie up the lines because they were talking to clients in that moment I was confused since I was a client Yes we were pretty much done with pure but we were still considered clients since we did rent our home out and we were still in touch with them since they still had their property (lock boxes) on our property Everyone I speak to acts very prim and proper but when it comes to emailing they'll tell you to stop contacting them Even though the issues do pretend to them since the issues were either caused by them or ongoing well The property was under their management 100% glad that we are no longer using them and because of this experience I don't think we'll ever use a property management company Also I know this is a little thing and pure management probably wasn't responsible for it as at the time it was under NRB's care we asked them not to remove our kids height marks on a door frame when we came back to the property it was completely scratched off All the heights over the years gone I know they're just memories but there's something we wanted to keep forever and now we can't you could still see where they were supposed to be but you can't make out which child it was Our house was up for a loan not for sale so something like that shouldn't have happened

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I would. The rent is pretty affordable for this area, but renter BEWARE: - They will try to blame you for all maintenance issues and not be able to explain why they charged you. -There is no maintenance staffed. They hire vendors and expect YOU to be the one to organize the repair. -Who even is my property manager? No one at Pure knows. I asked. My neighbors don't know. Melanie Valdez is the only responsive employee there. She does the job others can't or won't do. -Their solution for a broken dryer is to just remove it, not actually replace it. Great...one dryer for a while building. -This place is rundown. Old building. Old plumbing. I get constant kitchen sink clogs that looks like debris from outside. The pipes are so degraded, I bet there's a hole in the pipe somewhere. But they won't check. Too costly perhaps. They'll most likely blame any repairs on you even though this building is 80 years old. I have a bogus charge from when a vendor cleared a clog and they claimed they replaced the disposal, which they did not. Because I was there (I had to miss work and be there) and it didn't happen. Then they cut the charge in half, which tells me it's an arbitrary charge. I'm not made of money. I'm a cancer patient and can't afford this fake charge, and no one will listen to reason and basic laws, much less has common decency. You may be enticed to pay a somewhat lower rent, but you pay for the inconveniences and scams of a slumlord. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I use a different email address from the email my resident portal is associated with. I will be revising and reposting my review as it still stands

Experiencia negativa: I moved out of my rental over a year ago. I am currently attempting to rent a new home and because of PURE property managements negligence I have been able to secure a new lease (thank god my prospective landlord is so patient and kind). PURE absolutely NEVER returns phone calls, emails or any form of communication to retrieve rental history which as all renters know is required when trying to rent a new home! On top of that, this company has let an $18.36 balance sit on my account tenant portal for over a year without ever notifying me! I thought maybe I could retrieve my rental history through the tenant portal so I logged on and to my surprise there was this mystery $18.36 charge I was never made aware of. I paid it online GOT A RECEIPT AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO COME BACK AND SAY “NSF” and then increase the charge to $50. I have left voicemails, talked to an operator who is clearly outsourced in a foreign country and sent emails to no avail! This company does not care about its tenants and they certainly will not ever help in any way. Absolutely disgusting to treat people this way!

We’ve loved living in this property, but sadly have to move out of state to look after elderly parents. Experiencia fantástica: I am looking for a place to rent and am running into endless scams. Luckily! This management is the real deal with real people who answer when you call. My rep was Jericho and he easily made me feel important and respected as a prospective tenant. He quickly and easily took the time to make certain that I had all of the information that I would need in order to be present at the right place with confidence. You can't trust this company. Hopefully, you will get Jericho on any call that you place so that he can assist you by his knowledge and have you smiling by the end of the call. Experiencia negativa: Lack of annual inspection from the landlord/management. During our stay, no official inspection of the property was ever conducted, which would have helped to identify and address minor issues on time. Now, these are being unfairly attributed to us as damages. Move-In Inspection lacked detail. The “Move-In Inspection” we signed in 2020 contained no specific records or visual evidence of the property’s condition. It was just a generic form with no detailed descriptions or photos attached. Therefore, it cannot be used as reliable proof that everything was in perfect condition. In addition, I sent several emails and received responses that were clearly generated by artificial intelligence, without solving anything. I also requested contact with a supervisor and never received further replies. Very unprofessional and disorganized management.

Experiencia negativa: The communication has been such a joke. I have reached out to my assistant property manager multiple times requesting details on how to turn in my keys for the apartment I moved from, I was told I need a code to a lockbox at the apartment. I have been calling and leaving voicemails for a week and a half with no response. Mind you I call DURING office hours so I’m not sure if they’re just choosing not to answer the phone or what’s going on but LOL I guess. After voicing the lack of communication to the property manager was told to turn my keys into the office, good to know. As well as the lack of communication setting up electricity. The property management had not settled the previous tenets connections to the property before allowing us to move in, so we could not set up our utilities when we first got to the new apartment, after calling the office during office hours multiple times and having no answers they said they would reach out to me when I would be able to set it up, which also did not happen. I received a surprise electric bill along with my first months rent, LOL again… what a joke

Cement from one of their repairs that we had them do because of the neglect that they have for the properties. And when they want a Professional Cleaning Service done and providing the confirmation email and receipt the;n they will just forget and still charge you. I beg of you if you as a family are looking for a Rental proptery look elseware. Pure is absolutly the worst SLUMLORDS I have delt with here in Washington. Experiencia negativa: We looked at the property on the 9th of August, applied the the 13th and I called 3 times and my fiance called once, I also submitted an online request to speak with someone. After 5 contacts and a week later (August 18th), no one called me back like promised and the desk gals I spoke to told me to keep my lines open, which I did. I got an email today that the property is rented. Even though I had been trying to make contact for a week. Very poor communication. Never had that when dealing with a rental agency. 0/10 would not recommend. Waste of 120$ for the rental application.

Experiencia negativa: Very quick to mark maintenance requests “complete” without accomplishing an ounce of work, blames it on the owner and then fails to have anyone communicate with renters when a maintenance person will arrive. The most current difficulty is that we’ve been without a working dishwasher for over 2 weeks and have not been given a timetable when it will be fixed. I’ll be happy to change my rating and share positive things when the property management company acts like they care about the property. Thanks!

Experiencia negativa: I have rented from Pure for over 3 years. I will tell you if you have an emergency repair, you will be waiting forever to get it fixed. Almost two weeks without a fridge is unacceptable. Reported my issue 7/9 and 7/18 today and still not fixed. Owners do not care about your well being or if you have small children in the house. To date still not fixed and the refrigerator that was delivered is gross, it had mold and clogged line and dented and scratched and doesn’t match the other appliances. Good luck trying to get anyone to reach out or reply to emails, voicemails, texts. No one seems to care if you go without a fridge or other major appliances but they sure can email and add fines to our account about our yard which we’ve been going round and round about the soil has clay and the grass doesn’t grow. I am friends with the HOA and they had to tear up their whole yard and bring in new top soil.

Experiencia negativa: Update- today 08/04/2025 I finally received an email to tell me they ran my application and are “unable to approve” me based off my credit score (which is higher than what their application guidelines say). So how can you run a report 24 whole days AFTER someone applies for a house and rent the house out to another person just to say “denied”. At that point your wasting everyone’s time you already rented the house out weeks ago. I applied for a house on the website on the 11th of July. I went and viewed the house and applied the same day. I read through their requirements for the application and saw that my spouse and I met those requirements. We applied after hours on a Friday so we knew we probably wouldn’t hear anything until the next week. So all last week we were patiently awaiting a phone call. On Wednesday July 16th I called and spoke with someone on the phone and they assured me that the turn around time is about 5 business days so to keep my phone lines open. Well still no word so I called again on July 21st and was sent to a voicemail of the property I was interested in so I left a message with my name. I then saw on their website the property is no longer available. So not only did they never say anything about being approved or denied they also never ran my application. If multiple people are applying at a house you should say there have been other applications but still get back to people who have applied. They basically took the $120 we paid to apply and then never reached out to us at all. Will never apply for any of their homes.

Experiencia negativa: I saw one of their listings on Redfin & just sent a message asking some questions. Instead of answers, I got a text about scheduling a tour, which I didn't ask for as I wanted my questions answered before considering it. The listing indicated that dogs are allowed without any mention of restriction (on a case by case basis) but when I clicked on the link that they texted me, I see that large dogs aren't allowed. That is NOT on the listing. On the link there are MORE restrictions about who can rent according to their management company rules which are also NOT on the listing. So, DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING ON THEIR LISTINGS!

Experiencia negativa: Changed our lease without permission and is blaming us for leaving their own patio furniture where it was before we moved in there was no doorbell and now we are being charged for the broken doorbell poisoned us for 18 months with a broken furnace including the house having to be red tagged by the power company these people are thieves and crooks do not ever rent from them they would rather you die then have a actual living space DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid This Property Management Company – Unethical & Unlawful Practices I highly do not recommend renting from PURE Property Management of Washington. My experience with them has been nothing but a headache, and I’ve had to take legal action just to get back the portion of my security deposit that was wrongfully withheld. PURE Property Management violates Washington state landlord-tenant laws (RCW 59.18) by: Unlawfully charging tenants for routine cleaning ($500 fee) despite the unit being left in good condition. Deducting for normal maintenance items (light bulbs, smoke detector batteries) that tenants should not be responsible for upon move-out. Adding an illegal $100 administrative fee, which is not allowed under Washington law. Failing to provide proper justification for deposit deductions, as required by law. After disputing these charges, they refused to return my money, forcing me to file a Small Claims Court case just to get back what was rightfully mine. The entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely avoidable if they had followed legal and ethical business practices. If you’re considering renting from PURE Property Management, be prepared to fight for your rights and document everything—because they will try to take advantage of you. Do yourself a favor and rent from a company that respects tenant rights and follows the law.

Experiencia negativa: Update to add based on their response: we have reached out SEVERAL times with no response. To corporate level, our property manager, and have email proof of photos, videos, and complaints made. It's pointless to contact them. Can't wait to move out. Our neighbors that share the same property are AWFUL. We have filed several complaints with nothing being done. They are violating the lease left and right, trashing their part of the property and part of ours (their kids leave trash all over), causing damage to the property (missing fence panels, broken gate, dismantled a box on the side of the house and broke it, spray painted part of the fence, dumping chemicals in their gravel like paint thinner and fluids from their nonrunning vehicles) and are causing more and more problems. I honestly feel terrible for the owner of this property when they decide to move out. Their kids are constantly in our driveway and putting things in our driveway. If you are a property owner I'd reconsider having them manage your property since they are just letting the family in the other unit literally trash the place and cause damage. Or at least drive by your properties and check on them periodically since clearly they do not. Can't wait to move.

Experiencia negativa: If you want your money to be played with rent here! They tried to overcharge me for a cleaning fee (which I got done, gave them the receipt with the keys), & charge me for things that were already there when I moved in. Alieda S. Ignored me for almost a month, she was always busy, couldn’t talk, in meetings etc etc. I had to call, email, & go in the office repeatedly to get my refund. Took 2 months after I moved out to collect all my money. Like I probably could’ve taken them to small claims court and won but I kept hounding them cause they thought they could play me. They are scammers, have poor communication, & I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Since NRB was acquired by PURE Property Management, my experience as a landlord has significantly deteriorated, ultimately leading me to terminate their management of my property. The organization is highly unprofessional and nearly impossible to communicate with. My concerns were consistently met with delays, lack of accountability, and inadequate resolutions—particularly from Elise and Tara, though the majority of the staff exhibited similar behavior. Some of the most alarming issues I encountered include: Utility Billing Issues: When a new tenant moved in, utility bills were left unpaid due to PURE’s inaction, despite clear delegation. The situation worsened when the tenant was unable to transfer services into their name because PURE failed to take the necessary steps. When I terminated my contract, the same issue occurred again, highlighting a persistent lack of responsibility. Communication Failures: My tenant had to contact me directly through the HOA multiple times due to PURE’s complete lack of responsiveness. From my own experience, emails and phone calls frequently went unanswered—at times, I felt as if I were working for them rather than the other way around. Work Order Mismanagement: There is no clear system for tracking maintenance requests, leading to duplicate charges for the same issue. When questioned, PURE simply responded that they "do not know." Lease Break Handling: When my tenant broke their lease, PURE charged me the lease break fee, stating they would reimburse me only if and when the tenant repaid—shifting the financial burden entirely onto the landlord. Key & Garage Opener Mishandling: PURE lost my keys and garage opener, then dismissed the issue by claiming, "That's what we received from the tenant"—despite documented proof of what was initially provided. Unreliable Customer Service: Getting a response from PURE is an ongoing struggle. Calls go unanswered, and even emails to property managers and operations staff often take days—if they respond at all. To make matters worse, the employees appear to be poorly trained, as different staff members provide conflicting answers to the same question. This is just my experience as a landlord—one can only imagine how much worse the service must be for tenants. It is truly concerning how they continue to operate this way without oversight. Some form of regulatory compliance or external supervision is desperately needed. If you are considering PURE Property Management, be prepared for frustration, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of accountability.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a property owner who has been with PURE property Management since they acquired Urban Key Property Management. This feedback is on my currently assigned property manager Katrina Murray who I have so far been impressed with. She seems knowledgeable about the Puget Sound region rental market and is balanced in her desire and approach to deliver high service levels to both tenant and property owner. Experiencia negativa: Update: the owner of the unit we are renting has changed management teams. The last day under PURE was July 31st, and the new company began making the repairs we had been requesting (for the past 6 months) within the first week after changing management. Run a way from this company. They do not care about their clients nor they advocate for them. It’s all about the money. We moved in on January 18, and we completed their moving inspection. Turns out, this place is not worth $1,600 in monthly rent. We informed Julia, the property management that was so fast to reply to emails and messages during the process of leasing the apartment but as soon as we moved in, it was extremely hard to reach her. After completing the move-in inspection, we noted all the issues the apartment has and sent that to Julia, which she replied with “ There were a few things that still needed to be completed. We have a contractor that was going to come finish.” We are still in disbelief of how would they allow us to move in, if there were things pending to be fixed. Ever since January, we have been waiting for this issues to be fixed and I’ve heard the same response “waiting on the owner to approves” already 4-5 times. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance, appliance are antiquated, the kitchen hood was disgusting, and the fridge doors won’t close right. They are all well aware of that since January and haven’t seen a single improvement. Plus hot water in the shower only last like 6 min, restroom has mold on the ceiling, see it for yourself.

I'll be honest I have a lot of frustrations with them especially if I cannot talk to anyone if I have concerns about my Property until this year that Tara join the company. Experiencia negativa: Pure Property Management is an unprofessional company with horrible customer service. I applied for an apartment in Seattle. The following day, I called with questions. They told me, Helena from the applications team would get back to me. 4 business days go by so I call again, leave a voicemail for “Helena” and send her an email. The following day Helena sends me an email saying that the apartment is no longer available. If they already had another applicant, why wasn’t I told that from the get go. This shady, dishonest kind of business should be frowned upon. Also, now I’m out $60 Now with only 1 week to find another apartment to move into before my current lease is up. If “Helena” would have just been communicative and honest with me from the beginning, I wouldn’t be in this situation. Seriously, Helena, that was a very unprofessional and shady move on your part.

Experiencia negativa: If your looking for a property manager or rental company, this isn’t it. Completely hands off in an industry that requires hands on and in person engagement. They have a digital business model, essentially they are using a phone app and charging you 10-15% of the rent. They simply add another layer of fees between the tenant, property owner, and any maintenance or service.

Experiencia negativa: Maintenance is horrible. My kitchen caught on fire while cooking water from the ceiling dripped in to hot grease and caused the fire. It has been 1 month and 2 days. That I do not have a kitchen nor my half bath. No calls letting me know when they are fixing the problem. Eating out every day. Is not cheap. My house is getting mold. There is mold in my house. This is not fair to me……I called them left messages and they do not reply. If you’re late on Rent they rush to call you. This is not good..

Experiencia negativa: LANDLORDS BEWARE. Pure is the worst property management company we have ever used. They have cost us thousands of dollars in lost rent and bad repairs. They are unprofessional and uncommunicative. We specifically worked with Kim Tarr and Jeremy Boardman, both of whom we have reported to the real estate commission for negligence. There aren’t enough words for how badly they screwed us over- do not choose this company to manage your property.

Experiencia negativa: We looked at renting a house from this company, and the walls had visible water damage from obvious flooding (see photo). We asked if any mold testing had been done or was planned and they said they would not be testing for mold and that the house was meant to be rented “as is.” This company is despicable if they aren’t willing to do the minimum amount of testing to determine if a property is safe for human habitation. Shame on them. Beware.

Experiencia negativa: Blatantly discriminates and harasses disabled veterans who have legitimate service animals and have provided the information to them on multiple occasions. If you have a service animal and are a disabled veteran, expect that these people will not abide by the legal standards that the law set forth per the ADA. They don't fill their maintenance requirements and you'll likely have to get the city involved to get anything done. Good luck getting them to answer the phone, they never answer it so communication is absolutely minimal at best. They don't respond to emails, they won't answer the door if you show up. They do everything they can to not engage with their tenants. Their customer service is literally a joke. They're categorically one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. Updated: Highly unprofessional and their communication is extremely poor. They gave mixed messages and bad information. One of their employees had the audacity to yell at me on the phone. My advice is not to do business with these folks as they're practically unresponsive and when they are, they'll give you conflicting information and be very disrespectful. Rest assured that I will be making a formal complaint with the attorney general's office and the Tacoma Chambers of commerce. If you want to rent with these folks, expect to need a lawyer to deal with them.

Experiencia positiva: I am going to give Pure a 4. I would have given it 2-3 stars for the service over the course of this past year, which hasn't been great. Example: they did a walk through a month ago at my request and I was never told it was done nor was I given the walk-through report. As well, the beginning of getting the house rented was very rocky- very poor communication, lots fell through the cracks- very frustrating. That being said, there's a new person assigned to the Seattle area just this past few weeks- Hillel- that is nothing short of amazing. She is super responsive, knows the laws, and has helped me more in the past two weeks than I've received in the past year. Pure now has a great PM for the Seattle area! So I'm giving Pure a 4 because of Hillel.

Experiencia negativa: Formerly known as NRB. They’re never available to talk. They have MANY employees but no one is ever available. They came and left a giant hole 6 foot wide hole in our ceiling for seven months while we were paying over $3,000 a month. They finally came to fix the ceiling hole when I asked for the landlord’s number directly and I mentioned getting my attorney involved. They also didnt believe us when we said our carpets smelled like cat/or dog piss we came to find out via their vendor who “cleaned” the carpets and the neighbors said that the former tenants did in fact have pets but NRB said it was pet free but they didn’t want to change the carpets and also lied and said there was nothing wrong with them, meanwhile there were literal cigarette burns in one of the bedrooms and stains everywhere. I’d rather live in hell than rent through them again. And they still didnt give us our deposit back. Do not rent from them, ever. Rent directly from a landlord. Also funny how fast they respond to bad reviews but not to paying tenants. Can’t wait for their clown excuse response. LOL

Experiencia fantástica: Regielyn was helpful and caring through the application process. She would get back to me promptly and would answer all my questions. She also took it upon herself to check on me after I was having difficulties with the phone automated system and it's number to the leasing office. With people like Red working for Pure Property Management, I feel confident the company deserves a 5 star rating.

Experiencia fantástica: Red has been super helpful on explaining everything for our new home, havent moved in yet but shes made the process alot easier and straight forward!

Experiencia negativa: Red was so helpful and went the extra mile to help with the process and answer any and all questions. If she didn’t know, she would find the answer and get back to me promptly. After I finished the intake process with her, she made sure to check in with me to make sure that the process was still going smoothly on the other side. She was able to provide a clear handoff from herself to the leasing agents Change my star rating from five star to a two star as Red went above and beyond. However, once I moved past the application process and was approved for a rental I received little to no communication. It took over a week to receive an email after going into the office in person. Received a email (finally) on the day I was supposed to move in asking if the move in date can be changed

Experiencia positiva: I was given the wrong key on moving in and there were some complications with staff changing over while I was working with them. However, the person that helped me most was, "Red". She is phenomenal! A plus plus for her help!
