Experiencia negativa: We moved to Midland in July of 2022 and used a Legacy agent to buy our home and the process was seamless and I couldn’t ask for better service. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to sell our home and move to a different state in January of 2024. Once again I went to our trusted Legacy agent to help with this task. Everything was going great and we got an offer from someone using another agent at Legacy. I thought this would be a super easy transition with both agents in the same office, but boy was I wrong. 30 days after getting the offer and getting ready to head to the closing table we get hit with the buyer has a lien on their home and they want us to pay the $20,000 lien on top of giving the $10,000 towards closing cost. I clearly refused to pay the $20,000 additional, but agreed to raise the closing cost to $15,000 after the managing broker convinced me to saying that this would guarantee we would close, but it didn’t. The buyer ended up having to go to court over the issue. As I continued to ask questions of where we are at in this process the buyer agent (Kassie Chevalier) was radio silent and not answering questions or giving very vague answers. This made the process even more difficult and stressful. So after almost 90 days and multiple extensions we finally terminated the contract due to the buyer not being able to get the lien lifted off their house. Don’t forget that the buyer agent was so confident they would buy my home she had her clients switch utilities into their name, causing me to get hit with multiple early termination fees and I will have to get all utilities switched back to my name. This has been the worst home selling experience I have had. After 8 months of being on the market my home still has not sold. During this whole experience I felt like a cow in a cattle chute (get them in, get them out, get paid).

She was honest and real when it came to looking for a home, letting me know things to look for unique amenities, interesting things about the home we looked at and honest inputs about what she’s seen in the past, she was also willing to call and check in with me keeping me updated and making sure things were running as smoothly as possible, she even took it a step further and helped me to repair my credit to get it to where it needed to be to get me into the home. Over all Jenn Roussin at Legacy is who I will always recommend!

I wanted to meet her in person when we closed escrow and she ignored me completely- I asked her once I was here in Midland if we could meet in your office to thank her in person she ignored me . Thanks for the $25 dollar card and the candle and the welcome card . I was a realtor in California for over 25 years I always made sure to meet my clients , gave them their keys face to face and not send a code for her to open the door - be more professional and cordial to your clients the ones that pay our bills with our commissions ! With out clients you are nothing ! I am buying a second unit and I am telling you I would never use her as my agent ! And please don’t show up at my door you are not welcome in our home . My son is so dissatisfied and disappointed at this agent he gave the gift he had for her to a neighbor Who was more welcoming than this agent we never met ! Sad very sad
