2 weeks ago Experiencia fantástica: Jamie and her team went above and beyond concerning the sale of my mother's home in Hellertown, PA. Honestly, my mom's home and execution of the sale of the house demanded TLC, a huge clean-out, an estate sale, and the entire ordeal concluded with multiple complications from a difficult buyer. All of which was dealt with with exemplary expertise. Jamie and her team were absolutely stellar. They were sensitive to my mom's needs and treated her as if she were family. I live out of state and Jamie created such a warm and wholesome relationship with my mom that honestly went above and beyond the call of duty. Jamie's colleague, Ruthie was also a gem. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional and rude. We had a phone appointment scheduled to list my house because I am out of state. Jamie was a no call no show. She never called or texted to cancel, postpone, etc. Didly squat. I drove 5 miles to a place I could get a phone signal and waited there a full hour. She doesn't think anyone's time is important, and has no problem wasting yours. Choose anyone except jamie aschberger. Their response below tells you everything you need, as they can't keep track of appointments.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: We worked primarily with Valerie Valianatos to buy in the Lehigh Valley. She set up search criteria to keep us informed of new listings that were a potential match. 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: When my father-in-law passed away and we knew that his home had to be sold, we were uneasy because we live in New Jersey and his home was in East Stroudsburg. My brother-in-law lives in West Virginia and had much on his plate and my husband worked part-time and was dealing with his on personal issues. After doing research and reading reviews, I came across Jamie. As soon as I reached out, she responded immediately. If I am remembering correctly, she met with my husband shortly after we spoke and based the timing around his schedule as she knew that were didn't live locally. Jamie was kind and patient and was willing to help in any way that she could to sell this home in a timely manner. Here we are three months later, and the house closed today. She and her Executive Assistant Ruthie provided guidance and direction throughout the process. Within the first week of listing, we had two competing offers resulting in a sale price above list.
