Experiencia negativa: I sold a house a couple of years ago they argued with me about pricing and wanted to play games with bidding wars and whatnot, I just wanted to price the home at what I wanted to price it at. They also messed up legal paperwork from my divorce that cost me half of the profit from selling my home. I was told they would handle the paperwork well in advance and never did it cost over 10 thousand in lawyers and legal fees. I'm not happy at all. Update after BKT responded.... The agents said they would take care of the legal issues and file the quick claim deed but never followed through with the one promise they made that made me sign up with them. The issues with the pricing were that you wanted to list my house at 450k I wanted to list at at 520, they didn't want to list it it 520 but ended up listing it for 520 like I originally requested after weeks of back and forth arguing. The house sold for 515k.
