We were looking from out of state, and one of the first things Ben did for us was talk with us to understand exactly what type of house we were looking for, what we do for work, what our interests and hobbies are, what lifestyle we were looking for, etc. He wanted to get an understanding of who we were so that he could help us find something that would be perfect for us. He then drove us down a few roads that had houses that fit all the things we had talked about and gave us a very detailed rundown of everything Fort Collins and the surrounding cities have to offer. We felt like he really connected with us and had a very solid understanding of what we were after. Being from out of state, we couldn't get out to see very many houses in person, but Ben was very responsive and helpful and gave us very detailed video tours of each house we were interested in. We felt like we were his only clients because he gave us so much personalized attention. When it came time to make offers and negotiate, we could tell he knew his stuff. He knew exactly what cards to play and never made us feel dumb for not understanding certain terms or what step came next in the process. He made sure we always knew which parts we needed to stay on top of and which things he would take care of, and never made us feel stressed about any of it.
