Experiencia fantástica: Walker Tann did an excellent job representing us, as the sellers. Realtors sometimes get accused of pricing a house to low, but I can say that Walker got us a higher price than we were expecting for our property. That's not common among realtors - excellent firm and agent.

I mean she is on top of her game. If there is a question about anything, flooring, painting, foundation, framing, yard work etc, she knows a guy and has him on speed dial. Information about selling and buying she has it. Ms. Alese not only sold our house for a profit but found us our dream home and knew just how to talk us into making the decision to go through with it. This was no easy task ether. Sondra Toney relieved all my stress and anxiety as she helped me navigate the sea of home buying. She has such patience and skill, and she was there any time I had a question. The closing date was less than a month from when the offer was accepted, and she went straight into action, full force. I wouldn't be here sitting in my new home writing this review without her!
