Kyleigh Pennington walked us through everything, was incredibly patient with our first time questions and our indecisiveness/slow response time (which I'm so grateful for). Any questions we had she had no problem explaining it to us in a way that was easily digestible and on time. She was also incredibly kind, understanding, and made the process an easy one! Then when signing the lease, Mac K made everything easy to understand, answered any questions we had, and made sure we had all the information we could need. Experiencia negativa: Tried to schedule to see a house quite recently and we showed up and waited for at least 20 minutes before leaving. The lady who was supposed to meet us never called or texted and when we called their office, someone answered and abruptly hung up. They are a joke, don't ever go with Paramount! You will be sorry.
