I started in a small efficiency apartment and when I knew I could afford a bigger place, requested to move into a one bedroom apartment. I loved it! It was safe and so convenient. The maintenance staff were incredible. If you needed anything, they were only a phone call away. The grounds were always mowed and swept and the snow was always cleared. I had the best neighbors and everybody looked out for each other without being “nosy”. I highly recommend Carleton Court to be on your radar if you are looking for an apartment.

I had submitted a request to have the chipping paint fixed and the ticket was closed without resolving the issue. During my annual inspection, I mentioned it to Robert, and he followed through to make sure the repair was completed. For his part, Robert was professional, courteous, and ensured the job was done properly. I appreciate his effort and follow-through.

Experiencia negativa: Was nightmare to rent from them. Their management is rude especially their leasing agent Melissa. I have never signed a lease that long in my life. In the lease they said washer and dryer included, well Melissa did. When moved in it wasn't. If i was landlord i would do anything to fix that problem go out of my way to have happy renters. In her case she was aggravated with us , because of her mistake. All we got is, if we dont like it move out. After all the furniture we moved in. It was in the lease and also she said it was included when we looked at the townhouse! Get your information correct when you do a showing. Its not that hard. That was so unprofessional. Then she said we have gas and electric bill. All day spend calling gas company to set up gas to find out its all on electricity, no gas. Then basement was leaking water all the time. They knew it was a problem before we moved in, but made it our fault that we didnt point it out. WHAT? Because the previous renters said it was ongoing problem for them too. Fix things before you rent It out!!! If you do want high $ for your apartments and houses. Make sure you have excellent customer service and team that knows what is included or not in rent. Also be nicer to people Melissa. If I was their president I would hire more professional team in leasing department. Thanks God the house was sold and the couple who maintains the building fixed the leaking problem. So I wouldn't recommend them, pain to deal with the team that dosent know or lazy to do their job correctly in first place.

Experiencia negativa: bad review i lived in apt on east 8th erie insurance group bought apartment dulplex erie insurance gave us 60 days to be out so they could tare down the house i have not recieved my security deposit i passed every apt inspection so there fore no reason to hold my deposit i will never rent any property that glowacki is supervising be careful folks they talk to you as if your white trash i do not recommend anyone to rent property from glowacki

Experiencia fantástica: The apartment we moved in was newly remodelled and from the way it looked we were the first tenants after remodelling. Although it sounded exciting to move in to a freshly renovated apartment we soon enough started realising the issues with appliances. We raised the maintenance request for AC not working, garbage disposal not working, water dispenser running with hot water, etc. Robert attended our maintenance request for AC and he quickly realised the issue with AC and got it fixed to our complete satisfaction. He not only attended the AC issue but also attended the other issues such as water dispenser, garbage disposal etc. While fixing he realised that the people who worked on renovating did not do a good job. He fixed all of those issues promptly. I must say Robert knows his customer well and does his job beyond expectations. He tops the list of people i got service from so far. I recommend him.
