Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend Victoria. Her communication wasn't good and I felt like she was on the buyers side more than mine. It felt like she was just in it to make her commission and wasn't really looking out for my best interest as a seller. I wasn't notified of when my closing date got moved, I wasn't notified that a mobile notary would cost me more money (I had used one before and it didn't cost me a single cent), and on top of that she wasn't even there for signing. She did not notify me that she wouldn't be there, I had to find out from the loan officer at the title company as I sit in a room alone and by myself. It was very disheartening and felt disrespectful to me as a seller and a person, let alone me being her neighbor. If I'm paying you all this money, you could at least take 10 seconds out of your day and extend a courtesy text to let me know you couldn't make it to signing.
